Cozy cottage overlooking Öresjö in a quiet residential area close to nature. Sleeping loft with two beds and sofa bed for two persons. Fireplace for cozy fires is available, and firewood is included. The kitchen has an induction stove, oven, fridge and freezer, microwave and coffee maker. Fully tiled bathroom with toilet and shower and washing machine. The cottage is about 30 sqm and is located about 1 km away from the public swimming area, a couple of minutes walk from the lake and with a 20-minute walk to the nature reserve Kröklings hage and Mölarps kvarn.

Unique pigsty outside Borås

A quarter of an hour outside Borås in Fritsla, this brick building was a pigsty 100 years ago. Here you can enjoy nature and Häggån, which flows 10 meters from the house. It is a quiet area with two other residential buildings a few hundred meters away. The house consists of a single large living room of 100 m2 with kitchen, dining area and sofa area with fireplace. My place is right on the beach in the middle of nature. Close to Alingsås, Hindås, Landvetter airport, Gothenburg, Borås. You'll love my place because of the lakeside and nature location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The cottage is about 30 square meters and the associated sauna cottage with shower, toilet and laundry is about 15 square meters. Free access to canoe for tenants. Good opportunities for fishing, motorboat available to rent!

Städning, sängkläder och handdukar ingår. 1 km till jättefin sjö där det går bada, fiska & grilla. På promenadavstånd (5min) hittar ni en prisbelönt tapasrestaurang, pizzeria, mataffär och bageri. I samhället finns också tennisbanor, padelbanor, en gångstig runt sjön med flera grillplatser. I källaren (äldre standard) finns ytterligare en toalett, dusch och tvättmaskin.
