This idyllic 3-room apartment overlooking the Rätikon is located on the hill of Thuringia in Austria. Within 30 minutes you can reach numerous ski resorts and even in summer you can recharge your batteries in nature. Directly from the front door there are countless running/hiking trails that can be walked in winter as well as in summer. From 3 nights, the property provides the Lake Constance guest card free of charge, which is valid for public transport and many cultural and leisure activities.

Lapuris - brandnertal mountain retreat

Lapuris is a place where you feel at home. At an elevation of 920 meters (3,021 feet), a house made of natural stone and solid wood awaits you, offering plenty of light and views of the mountains. The open-plan living area is the focal point – perfect for cooking, eating, or spending time together. Three bedrooms with double beds, one room with bunk beds, and a sofa bed can accommodate up to 10 people. After a day outdoors, you can relax in the private sauna and wind down in peace.

Apartment MountainView

The apartment MountainView at the foot of the famous Brandnertal was extensively modernized in the fall of 2024 and is now waiting for your visit! The apartment is perfectly connected in terms of infrastructure. The local shopping mall as well as grocery stores, pharmacy, bakery and gym are within walking distance. Bludenz train station is also within walking distance in less than 10 minutes. The bus (which leaves from the front door) takes you to the nearest ski lift in no time.

Casual living in Brand - welcome to STUDA 29 Compact, well-thought-out and with a private spa – this 57 m² apartment shows how much comfort can be packed into a reduced space. The '12er Residence' is the former family apartment of the '12er Huus', which was renovated in 2022-24. The apartment offers a spacious living room with fireplace, a kitchen with beverage cooler and bar counter, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is also a sports depot (skis, bikes) and a charging station for the e-mobile. Enjoy the great view and the fresh mountain air to the fullest on the terrace or relax in the garden sauna in the evening.

Brandnertal Vacation Rental

In the middle and yet secluded is our lovingly furnished apartment, Bike'n'Board Lodge. Right at the entrance to the village at Schliefwaldtobel and only a 10-minute walk from the center of Brand. The large balcony, as well as the chill-out barbecue garden, which is for your exclusive use, invites you to linger, whether after a ski tour in winter, a great hike or a magnificent bike day in summer. Enjoy the view of the magnificent mountains.

3Chalets: feel-good luxury in the Brandnertal - chalet 2

Chalet 2 can host up to four persons. It has a living room with fireplace, a dining area with adjoining terrace, a fully equipped kitchen, a ski room, an outdoor sauna with an outdoor relaxation area. An electric vehicle can be charged in the carport. All areas of the chalet are exclusively available for our guests of Chalet 2. There is free WiFi and 2 TVs with satellite reception and access to streaming offers (use own codes)
