Here you will find a mini apartment (18 square meters) with everything you need for a stay of a few days. Bed, kitchen and shower are open-plan and ensure that you do not feel confined, despite the few square meters. The toilet has its own door. Located on the 5th floor of a renovated old building in the popular Winsstraße, private entrance and rear view into the countryside (no elevator). We also live in the house and will be happy to help you with any questions or tips.

It consists of an open plan living, dining and sleeping area with small shower room and terrace to the courtyard. This combination guarantees authenticity and coziness. During the renovation, we tried to preserve as much of the original substance as possible.
