Surrounded by forest, lakes and fields, this three-sided farm near the Märkische Eiszeitstraße has recently been extensively renovated. The farm has a secluded location and is accessible via an avenue. On the site, the field stone walls of an old stable have been preserved as a picturesque ruin. 2 swimming lakes are within walking distance. Unfortunately, our farm is not suitable for excessive parties. Our house was built around 1850. The residential house and barn of the listed 3-sided farmstead are built with oak timber framing. There are 10 wedding linden trees around the house. In November, when the linden trees are pruned back, the house can be seen in all its glory. From May, it then slowly disappears behind shady foliage and stays wonderfully cool throughout the summer...

Nature lovers and peace seekers will certainly get their money's worth in Paretz; whether walking in the nature reserve of the "Paretzer Erdlöcher" or relaxing at the Havel swimming area, which can be reached in just a 10-minute walk.
