Lovely sunny 29qm private balcony room

Your nicely minimal guestroom is provided with a 160x200cm comfortable double bed for one guest or maximal two guests (click on “two persons” when booking.) The room has a lightful atmosphere and the charm of an old building. You can use our fast WI-FI internet for free. We live and work part time at home and prefer a quiet and respectful living together, therefore parties are not allowed. We have 2 sweet cats and a child (*Jan.2022). Kitchen is NOT shared! Welcome to the south of Berlin. In our large single-family house, we provide two single rooms. The guest bathroom is reserved exclusively for our Airbnb guests. In the kitchen you will find utensils for a small breakfast (cereal/coffee/tea), which you can prepare yourself. There is a direct S-Bahn connection to the Brandenburg Gate (15 minutes).
