I had a great stay at Orietta’s place! The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and located in a quiet and beautiful area. Orietta was a kind and thoughtful host—she gave clear instructions and was always available for questions. I really appreciated her reminders before check-out, and everything went smoothly. Our stay at this villa was truly out of this world. So clean and well kept. The pool and outside area was amazing, so private and quiet. All amenities on hand, just like being at home and so many lovely little touches. Only a short stroll to the marina which has a large choice of delicious restaurants. A boat trip is a must for a wonderful day out swimming in crystal clear waters and so easy to choose a boat of your choice. Sara the host really made our holiday! She was on hand for any questions/recommendations and was a lovely lady! We fell in love with the place and will definitely be recommending and returning. Thank you Sara!!!! ❤️❤️❤️

We had a great holiday staying here. Being so close to a lovely beach was ideal with our two young children. There is a nice bakery and a few good restaurants within walking distance which was fantastic. The neighbourhood was also very peaceful. Daniela was very responsive and her mother met us on arrival which was lovely. We felt the top bunk bed wasn't suitable for use as it has no sides around it but otherwise the house met our needs well.

We visited in low season so the whole area was really quiet, Giorgio and Elizabetta were great to communicate with for the few times we needed to chat as the house was perfect. We were met and given a lovely tour on checkin when Elizabetta explained everything, the apartment is very clean and we would certainly be back! The terrace is bigger than it looks in the pictures, enjoying sun late into the evening! Our dog loved it too as and the whole terrace is secure. Thanks again for the lovely holiday!

Lovely house in delightful garden, immediately behind the beach. In May the area, including the beaches, was quiet and relaxed. We loved it. Thanks Antonio and Stella.

We enjoyed it very much. The apartment has a top location with a great view and a very short walk to the beach. The apartment is very well equipped, even in the kitchen it has everything you need and also in large numbers. The roof terrace has a great view and offers plenty of space. We spent a lot of time there. The community pool is also beautifully landscaped and was often used by us.

Everything was perfect. The apartment was really clean and convenient, the rooftop was just awesome, and the location was great. Cristiana was very responsive and gave us lots of good advice. Thanks a lot, and I hope to see you again soon!

Fantastic stay. Views from the terrace were incredibly and apartment was spotless and very well equipped. Elisa had some fantastic local recommendations for restaurants which we made the most of. Highly recommend.

Beautiful peaceful home with magnificent views of the water, lovely garden & very comfortable living. 5 minute walk to beach (which has a small restaurant) & pool. 30 minute walk to closest restaurants or 5 minute drive. Very relaxing holiday!

This was a beautiful place - spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated, and exceptionally well-equipped. Every detail had clearly been thought through, from practical touches like ice cube trays and ice lolly moulds to the grill and toastie maker in the kitchen. The home itself was lovely and comfortable, and the surrounding area was just as stunning. There were several beaches nearby, the local town was within walking distance, and other great spots were just a short drive away. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful with any questions we had. We had a fantastic time and would absolutely love to return! We loved Palau and we loved this place!

Perfect location in Porto Cervo with breathtaking views. Lovely apartment as described. We had a great stay the only tiny thing that lets it down is the 10am checkout.

We had a very relaxing week at this beautiful place in Costa Smeralda. The apartment is in private resort complex few hundred yards from the sea, nice quiet beach, large pool, and few nice bars and restaurants. Apartment itself is.most comfortable for 4 adults, but can accomodate 5 if big space is not your requirement. Beautiful sea view from the garden like front porch where we ate dinners. Large back yard, full of flowers blooming in early June. Two full bathrooms (one outdoor shower), grill, outdoor kitchen in the backyard will make yout stay even more enjoyable. Host is very proactive and wants to make your stay perfect. If we go to Sardinia again, we'll definitely stay here again.

Serena's apartment is lovingly decorated and clean with a beautiful modern bathroom. It is located in a very beautiful and well-kept garden. Unfortunately, the opening of the pool was delayed due to cleaning, but of course Serena couldn't do anything. She was always available and responded quickly to any questions that came up. We were able to check in earlier and were also allowed to check out later in order to be able to use the pool at least on the day of departure. We had a great time overall, but I recommend a car due to the location. You should also bring basic food supplies, as due to the Italian regulations on vacation rentals, basic things like salt/pepper, oil and the like are also missing, which we did not know. The kitchen is very well equipped in terms of appliances (even a large freezer compartment and a real oven are available). We only missed one dishwasher. We can recommend the property!

We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Above all, the beautiful view from the terrace and also the quiet location inspired us. The kitchen was modern, the property was huge (and full of surprises: one day a turtle even ran across the property). The host (Simone) was also very cooperative and welcomed us warmly! It was also great that you could park directly on the premises and that there was also mosquito repellent.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at Anita's place. The apartment offers all necessary amenities, was very clean and had nice and rather new furnishing. For those wondering - there is only 2 steps inside the apartment when walking to the bathroom, otherwise it is all flat on the same level as the terrace. die to its location and positioning, the place also stays cool even on hot days, although there was also an AC, which we never used. Quiet surroundings, 2min walk to the next beach, at least 4 very good restaurants in walkable distance. We could also take any beach equipment, towels, toys we wanted with us, which was extremely convenient when travelling light. Anita was particularly helpful with any questions or inquiries we had - from restaurant or beach recommendations up to giving us her sky box to watch a match that wasn't on TV - very responsive and nice, without being intrisive or anything.

We are already here for the 2nd time immediately felt at home. Everything is decorated with a lot of love, so you can also spend a nice time indoors. The beach is just under the window of the property, very idyllic and quiet. The small town of Palau is within walking distance and also the island of Maddalena is easily accessible from there by ferry and worth a visit! We have already booked for next year:-)

The view from the garden/terrace was spectacular. A lovely little apartment with a short walk to some beautiful beaches. Giovanna was very welcoming and extremely helpful with her suggestions.

Everything was perfect

We had a great time in this great apartment. The view is fantastic. Pictures can't do it justice. Absolute panoramic view. Beds are very comfortable, the apartment is clean and nicely decorated. Right in front of the house, there is the possibility to make great excursions with the boats or to rent one yourself. We did both. Simply fantastic. Less than 10 minutes minutes' walk. The recommendation to go to Zinto for dinner was awesome! Fantastic view and food! The small beach there is also pretty. We will definitely be back! We are thrilled with La Maddalena and the beautiful apartment. We stayed there for four nights. Could have stayed longer!

The living room kitchen is very comfortable, with all the necessary things for a pleasant stay. The upper floor of the apartment, as we already knew, and indicated on Airbnb, has a slightly low ceiling. The highlight of the apartment is the terrace with a magnificent view. The check-in was very punctual, the owners very present, grateful for the suggestions they gave us. The apartment is located in a very well-kept area and in a strategic position to reach the most beautiful beaches in the area on foot. Perfect for our needs!

Daniela & Mike were very responsive to our needs both before and during our stay. We were a family of 5 with three 18+ year old children and the sleeping arrangments were fine for us with one person sleeping on the sofa bed. The accomodation was spotless and very well equipped. Showers and air conditioning were superb. It was a short 10m walk to the beautiful beach, yet the villa felt very private. There was a handy local supermarket about 15 minutes walk, and an excellent bakery about 5 minutes walk. Highly recommended.
