Close to the Brandnertal skiing & hiking resort and the Brandnertal Bikepark.

Apartment MountainView

The apartment MountainView at the foot of the famous Brandnertal was extensively modernized in the fall of 2024 and is now waiting for your visit! The apartment is perfectly connected in terms of infrastructure. The local shopping mall as well as grocery stores, pharmacy, bakery and gym are within walking distance. Bludenz train station is also within walking distance in less than 10 minutes. The bus (which leaves from the front door) takes you to the nearest ski lift in no time.

Casual living in Brand - welcome to STUDA 29 Compact, well-thought-out and with a private spa – this 57 m² apartment shows how much comfort can be packed into a reduced space. Clear lines, functional design and high-quality equipment create a calm living feeling. The private loggia, a steam shower in the bathroom and the inward view make this place a retreat for those who want to relax consciously. Pets are also welcome here – by arrangement. The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

Lapuris - brandnertal mountain retreat

Lapuris is a place where you feel at home. At 920 meters, a house made of natural stone and solid wood awaits you, with plenty of light and a view of the mountains. The open living area is the focal point – perfect for cooking, eating or spending time together. Three bedrooms with double beds, one room with a bunk bed, and a sofa bed provide space for up to 10 people. After a day outdoors, you can relax in the private sauna and wind down the day in peace.

In the middle and yet secluded is our lovingly furnished apartment, Bike'n'Board Lodge. Right at the entrance to the village at Schliefwaldtobel and only a 10-minute walk from the center of Brand. The large balcony, as well as the chill-out barbecue garden, which is for your exclusive use, invites you to linger, whether after a ski tour in winter, a great hike or a magnificent bike day in summer. Enjoy the view of the magnificent mountains.

Rufana Lodge

Right in the heart of Bürserberg stands our newly built Rufana Lodge. Rufana Lodge sleeps 8 to max. 10 people. The lovingly furnished apartment has 4 double bedrooms, 3 of them with private bathroom, and a sofa bed. The spacious living and dining kitchen invites you to linger due to its coziness. The natural clay walls of the bedrooms offer the best indoor climate for a relaxing night. Garden area of about 50m2 included private sauna
