Tastefully decorated and furnished with a well-equipped kitchen area and utility room, and supermarkets a short drive away. You'll find lovely country pubs and restaurants nearby. We welcome one well-behaved dog and have our own field with mown pathways which you are free to explore and other walks nearby.

Spacious Annex in Central Norfolk

Forget your worries in our spacious Annex surrounded by serene countryside. Holly Glenn is situated in the heart of Norfolk and The Annex is adjacent to our family home and set within our generous sized garden. The Annex has it's own private entrance and offers a kitchen opening to a lounge/dining room with a separate double bedroom and en-suite wet room. Our space is perfect for couples and we happily accept dogs. The Annex also has access to a small part of our garden via the bedroom.

Recently renovated 2-bedroom cottage located in the beautiful market town of Wymondham. This historic cottage is walking distance to the town centre, pubs and restaurants and sleeps up to 5 guests. It includes 2 rooms, one with a double bed. A second room with a double bed and a single bed. A main bathroom and a spacious open plan kitchen/living area, making it a great space to socialise with friends or family. Lots of parking for 4 cars and an outside seating area for a morning coffee!

Off-road parking. Local shops and a pub are within 2 minutes’ walk. Places to eat within 15 minutes’ walk or 5 minutes’ drive. Earlham Park is just around the corner for dog walks, runs or just enjoyment of the park. The University also has a lovely lake and park areas.

Characterful 3 Bed Cosy Cottage.

Quaint cottage in the lovely village of Mattishsll. This home has a cosy living room, with a fully equipped kitchen/dining room, including dishwasher. The bathroom is downstairs with a walk in shower. 3 good size bedrooms upstairs, one of which is a walk through room. The stairs are typical of an old Norfolk Cottage, and are narrow and windy, so may not be suitable for the less able. The property has a small enclosed front garden and to the rear has a courtyard style enclosed garden.

'61 on Folly' - Highlands' Single Suite

Continental BREAKFAST of choice and dedicated parking space INCLUDED. Trip Advisor Certificate of Excellence/Traveller’s choice award for the last 7 consecutive years. A lovely 11 mins walk to the heart of town. The Highlands Suite is a perfect spot to stay during a visit to the area. The residence is part of a successful bed and breakfast operating since Jan 2016. If your dates aren’t available, contact me privately, as I have another suite that’s not listed on here.

Morton Lodge holiday cottage is a comfortable, self contained place to stay with its own outside patio seating area and summer house with BBQ. Newly decorated and furnished. Nestled back from the road. Fabulous countryside views. 25 mins to centre of Norwich. 38 mins to North Norfolk Coast. Norwich Airport 12 mins. Tourist attractions and country walks all around. Lovely pubs with food nearby. Golf, fishing and clay pigeon shooting within a few minutes' drive.
