We had a great stay in this lovely apartment. Very clean and comfortable, warm and lovely touches and wanted for nothing. The road was a bit noisy in the day but we were hardly there, but the important thing was, it was quiet during the night. Good location for exploring this beautiful area. Fantastic stay for a long weekend with my wife! The location was perfect for exploring the town, and the exclusive development added a touch of luxury. The apartment was spotless and well-maintained, with a great view of the river from the balcony - The seating and table was very comfortable. The one-bedroom layout worked well for us, with spacious rooms and a hall. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. A big plus was the convenient car parking, just a stone's throw from the lift. One tip for future guests: make sure to pick up the garage key fob from the apartment before unloading your car! Overall, we were very comfortable here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommended!

I booked the stay at 40 winks for my parents - Sharne is a great host - she reached out as soon as I booked to ensure her place was suitable for their needs as there are stairs leading down to it, just before arrival she asked for their preferred milk choice, a thoughtful touch & sent me a nice message after they left - thank you for making their stay so lovely ❤️ My parents left this feedback about their stay: 40 Winks is a very relaxing retreat, a delightful little flat & Sharne made us feel very welcome. Just wanted to say WOW So cosy, spacious and felt right at home! For me the perfect touch was the games and milk in the fridge ready for a cup of tea after travelling! Loved staying here! Would definitely come back!

just got home today, great stay,great location, dog friendly, secure garden,mobility friendly, my husband kept his mobility in the safe locked garden, there was even a cover that fitted over it.Very quite ,black out curtains, very comfy bed,we will definitely go back there,great high street, and a lift to the beach, great if you are old thanks x

Sheralee's apartment is in an absolutely perfect location for enjoying a holiday in Sandbanks. The views are so beautiful and peaceful of the harbour from the balcony, bedroom window and living room window. There was everything we needed in the Airbnb and we loved eating dinner on the balcony as well as at the dining table in the living room. Would highly recommend staying here and we would love to come back another time. So lovely that there is such easy access to both the harbour side (we did kayaking there) and the beach side through the Jazz Café entrance to the beach. Also, having the Tesco Express as part of the same building was really handy to buy food from!

Had a lovely stay at Chris’s place. The place was very well furnished and equipped with lovely decor. Chris was very quick to respond when we got in touch and was there in time to handover keys. The only drawback was that the blinds in the bedroom are not light proof and the room is quite warm so had to leave windows open, because of which daylight was streaming in from 4.30 am and the passing vehicles outside through the night made it a little difficult to sleep, so would suggest keeping a fan and changing the blinds. The stay was otherwise lovely, with thoughtful touches such as a wine bottle with wine glasses and biscuits for tea and coffee.

Conker lodge felt like home from home! The place is welcoming and comfortable with lots of bits and bobs you might need during your stay - the spare backpacks were very handy! The place is super clean and just as described and really welcoming to dogs - our dog loved the pupcake (and we loved the lemon drizzle!). The hosts have thought of everything - I would definitely recommend staying here, thank you

This was an amazing house for a family get together and perfectly located on between us in Sussex and other family from Devon. The house was spacious and spotlessly clean with a lovely welcome basket full of treats. My 4yr granddaughter loved the bedroom with the steps, slide and fairy lights. The kitchen was very well equipped and had everything we needed. With several small children in our party, we also took advantage of the washing machine and tumble dryer. The garden was brilliant and our grandchildren absolutely loved the play house and games room. The hot tub really came into it's own on a warm day with during torrential rain. The host Catherine was super helpful both before our stay answering a few queries and on check on day itself. I would highly recommend the house.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Amanda was really helpful beforehand, going out of her way to get recommendations as we had our baby with us. In addition, Amanda added extra child-friendly items that were really handy and thoughtful. The cottage itself is beautifully decorated, cosy, feels luxurious and is very comfortable. It was great to be able to walk to the Tesco metro and the patisserie! Easy access to seafront along Sandbanks, and we did a short drive to Alum Chine for an easy beachfront walk to Bournemouth. Highly recommend Oceanarium for children! Highly recommend the cottage and would stay again.

What a wonderful find, location, location, location! The lodge is right on the river where you can watch the daily foray of boats, paddle boards, canoes and wildlife. The lodge itself was very clean with plenty of storage and cupboard space. Gorgeous outside space with strategically placed hammocks and chairs to watch the world go by. I had a massage in the spa which was wonderful and we all went in the sauna with its cold water pool, all on site, what an experience! Christchurch high street is 2 mins away with its many restaurants and shops. I would definitively recommend this Airbnb.

Absolutely fabulous place. The house was spotlessly clean and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The hot tub was wonderful and a welcome addition to start (and finish) the day. The location is great for exploring Dorset. We took a lovely walk to Highcliffe Castle along the beach and enjoyed Mudeford Quay as well. Christchurch, Bournemouth, Swanage and Weymouth are all within reach for a day out. There are shops and supermarkets within walking distance (through the rear park) and restaurants close by too. The house itself was much larger than the pictures seem to show and the four of us (all adults) had no problem relaxing and feeling at home. Netflix in both bedrooms and the lounge was a great addition and the welcome wine and chocolates was a great touch. I highly recommend this house for a thoroughly enjoyable stay in Dorset.

We stayed here as a family to visit our extended family who live locally. Anthony welcomed us and was extremely pleasant and friendly, few tips on places to eat etc It is a lovely lodge tucked away in the countryside and only 10 minutes drive to the nearest town with all amenities that you could need. 25-30 minutes drive to Bournemouth. Lots of lovely country pubs in the surrounding areas. Spotlessly clean and perfect place to relax in between visits to family members. Would definitely stay here again if it’s available when visiting them again.

The cottage is in a great location, very well appointed (especially the kitchen) and very clean. The bed is comfortable with good quality linen. The garden is a great space to relax in with sun and shade (we were fortunate with the weather!) and is dog safe. Keith and Paula provided lots of lovely touches such as beautiful fresh flowers, drinks in the fridge, dog towels and bowls. There are two local pubs within walking distance (about a mile and a bit it) The location is great as you can access the coast and forest walks very easily. I would thoroughly recommend the cottage, we had a lovely stay there.

We had stayed here before and enjoyed the area greatly so were pleased to have an opportunity to return for a week. The apartment is ideally situated for the beautiful Dorset coastline, with Highcliffe beach only a few minutes walk away. The apartment is clean, cosy and very quiet with everything needed for a relaxed, comfortable stay, including a well-maintained private garden to sit in. We were lucky to have beautiful warm, sunny weather and visited many of the local places of interest – Highcliffe beach and castle, Mudeford Quay, Hengistbury Head, Christchurch, Bournemouth, Poole, Brownsea Island, to name a few – all excellent and well worth visiting and some within easy walking distance. There are great places to eat and drink in Highcliffe itself, with an even greater choice in surrounding towns and villages. John is an excellent host and communications were first rate at all stages of our holiday – we would highly recommend.

River View was an amazing place to stay. It was private and peaceful with beautiful gardens at the back of the property. Unfortunately we didn't get to enjoy this as it was raining. The property matched the description on the website and was very comfortable and clean. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone needing to stay near Salisbury and would love to return again.

We had a three night stay here whilst visiting our daughter. We felt so welcomed and comfortable. The space is immaculate, warm and comfortable with a number of really special touches that put this stay above the rest. Milk in fridge, teabags, cake, toiletries and a well stocked kitchen to name a few. We slept so well in the king size bed and enjoyed hot showers in the stunning bathroom. All requests and queries were immediately responded to and sorted! We’ll definitely be back!

Rose's place is beautifully clean and comfortable. We were warmly welcomed and made to feel at home. We loved relaxing in the beautiful garden and very much appreciated the thoughtful note that had been left, along with the generous provision of breakfast and hot drink items. We had two great meals out, one at The Ship and one at The George. It was so easy to get into the forest for walks. A great stay and we would thoroughly recommend!

A very peaceful flat, on a quiet street, with everything you need. I was only there for one night but was very comfortable. I didn't meet Nicole, but she was always very responsive and helpful, even though I booked late in the evening for that night.
