From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and cared for in a way that went far beyond what you typically expect from an Airbnb. The space was not only cozy and well-appointed, but also filled with a kind of peaceful warmth that made a difficult time a little easier for our family. Stephanie was a truly gracious host—thoughtful, generous, and always kind without ever being intrusive. The extra touches she provided meant so much, and the setting itself gave us room to breathe and regroup. This was more than just a place to stay—it was a place that held space for us. Michael was beyond accommodating and supportive as a host. he was quick to respond and work with us on a knee questions we had. overall the experience was great and we would strongly recommend this to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

It was a pleasure to stay at the guesthouse hosted by Sally and Cliff. From the beginning of entering, we were greeted and welcomed by our hosts. Both Sally and Cliff are very friendly, respectful and approachable and communication wise everything was great. I have stayed here with my family and we have extended our stay here as we really felt like home and comfortable. The place is as described and exactly as it appears in the pictures. You’d have everything you’d need for your stay. The place is very clean and what I liked the most about it was that it is very aesthetic and historic in a sense. Location is great and in a safe area, closeby to grocery shop, Locke st where a lot dining is located and Hess village. We could easily get around the city by bus. Cats are adorable and very friendly. Overall, I liked everything about my stay here and would definitely recommend!

We stayed here while at a wedding in town. The Airbnb is centrally located downtown and within walking distance of many great resatuarants and businesses. Despite being downtown, the street is quiet and does not give downtown vibes. Lyn's place is really clean, fresh and tastefully decorated. My wife really liked the makeup wipes privided for use. We keep saying how much we enjoyed our stay and how much we liked Lyn's place. The strawberry rhubarb compote and fresh sourdough bread were a nice touch! This Airbnb was better than staying at a hotel and we would definitely stay here again!

This was such a beautiful spot, centrally located and in a beautiful neighbourhood near Locke Street. The space was spotless and had everything we needed to feel right at home. It seemed newly renovated and the ceilings were high so it didn’t feel like a basement at all! We loved the area and spent lots of time walking around and enjoying the architecture, shops, and restaurants nearby. We would definitely recommend this space for folks looking to enjoy this lovely Hamilton area with all the comforts of home!

This was a perfect place for us to stay during our trip to the area. We were able to cook a full meal in the kitchen and had no issues with any of the amenities.

What a beautiful space! Couldn’t have asked for a better rental! Peter and Vanessa were so kind and friendly from the moment we arrived! The basketball court in the backyard was a huge hit with our 11 year old! Will for sure be looking into a weekend getaway in Stratford so we can stay again in this beautiful, relaxing space! I had a wonderful stay at Diane's place and wouldn't hesitate to book again. It was clean, cozy, and comfortable with lots of thoughtful little touches throughout. The kitchen has absolutely everything you need and I had a great sleep on the very comfy bed. The location is ideal, close to lots of shops and restaurants, transport and the lake. A lovely place to stay in Burlington/Oakville, highly recommended.

Wow! This is a great haven for a getaway! Very nice backyard with lots of panoramic corners and the pool to enjoy. We really like the luxurious suite. But the most memorable thing we enjoyed is the hospitality of the couple hosts. Thank you so much Jeffrey and Joanne. We were so surprised for your service and kindness. You guys surpassed our expectations. Definitely awesome stay. We really recommend for everyone. Hope to see you guys again.

Great place to stay when in the area. The view out the backdoor is incredible. Place was spotless and very central to the area. Provided parking was appreciated! Host was very responsive, but gave us privacy. Highly recommend

Kelly was incredibly responsive. Anytime I had a question she responded quickly and with detailed instructions. The space was cozy and offered additional space heaters, fireplace and blankets if needed.

Ashleigh’s suite was exactly what we were hoping for. A very clean and tidy apartment unit in a quiet peaceful family oriented neighbourhood. This place was near parks and hiking trails for us to enjoy our stay. Communication with Ashleigh was great. She responded to questions quickly and checked in once in a while to ensure were had everything we needed during our stay. The unit had all the amenities necessary for an enjoyable stay. We would recommend others to take advantage of this property.

I was travelling with my two kids from the east coast to Michigan and wanted to show them Niagara Falls and decided to travel through Canada to Port Huron. I checked Airbnb and discovered Ed and Liv’s place in the small town of Grimsby. I booked it through the app for one night and received an immediate confirmation from Ed. We arrived early the next evening and Ed was there to check us in and give us a tour. However, they do have it set up for self-check-in if they are not available. The space was perfect for us. It was spotless. As advertised, it did not have a full kitchen. However, Liv’s mini kitchen is 100% better than anything you will find in a standard hotel room. For example, she has a wine bottle opener. That probably doesn’t sound that impressive, unless you have ever found yourself somewhere without one! She also has a small cutting board and knife for cheese. I definitely plan to use that next time when my wife and I visit the local vineyards.

I’ve stayed at quite a few Airbnb’s and this has been by far my favourite! I can’t fault the place or the communication with both Sonia and Luis. The pictures really don’t do the suite any justice and it contained everything needed for a comfortable stay - all toiletries in the bathroom, well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, board games etc. It’s clear that a lot of thought and consideration had gone into the place. The location is in a quiet neighbourhood and although it is a basement suite, the entrance is separate and through a beautiful backyard. The communication with Sonia and Luis has been great before and during our stay, and they’ve gone out of their way to accommodate any of our needs. Will definitely not hesitate to re-book if I ever find myself back in the country!

Dana’s house was perfect for two night of comfort over a LONG across country road trip. She was very hospitable and responded to advice about parking at Niagra Falls. The furnishings were beautiful and clean, and Dana even offered to park in the street so I could park my large van in the driveway. That was very appreciated.

This was the perfect place to stay while exploring the area. We felt very comfortable and had everything we needed. Love the location- it’s so close to downtown and the lakefront. Would stay here again without hesitation!

Excellent place, exactly as described and shown in the pictures. A bit cold at times since it is a basement (as mentioned in the listing), but nothing too umcomfortable (and a portable heater was provided). Everything was very clean and all appliances worked perfectly. There was always free parking available on the street. The hosts were very responsive, with quick and helpful replies, making sure that everything went smoothly. I would gladly stay here again. Overall a great experience, highly recommended!

I booked this for my fiancés 25th birthday trip, so we could see Niagara Falls and come to Canada for the first time! Andy and Darlene’s house is the perfect short drive to Niagara Falls, Niagara on the lake, Grimsby on the lake, etc. & there’s no shortage of fun things to do. Highly recommend!

Very lovely place to prepare for the Paris 2 Ancaster race. Great place to rest and recover after the event. Highly recommended.
