Enjoy our country getaway on 130 acres, just minutes from Clarkson University, SUNY Potsdam, St. Lawrence University and SUNY Canton. Explore our horse barn, hiking trails, stream, or relax by the pond. We are located close to great snowmobiling and skiing trails also! The studio apartment is located above a newly constructed garage, that is not attached to our house so you have plenty of privacy. It is an open layout with a queen bed, a daybed, and a twin trundle that can be pulled out.

Riverside Cabin & Nature Trails

Enjoy our 160 acres in a private natural setting. Owls, trout, heron, osprey, mergansers and the occasional loon will add to your stay. There are over 4 miles of private trails for hiking along the river and in the woods. Kayaks & fishing poles provided. Enjoy a romantic riverside fire-pit, professional massage table & new Finnish wood fired sauna. We sanitize everything 110% before your arrival and offer self check in. The Loft1 w/Porch-Near Clarkson, SLU - Modern

At our clean and comfortable Loft suite, you will find yourself close to the colleges and downtown activities, while staying in a country setting on six acres of land, beautiful trees, dark, star-lit nights, and we have a swing set in the backyard that you can use. You will enjoy a completely private unit with its own private entrance and no shared spaces at all. You will find yourself surrounded by maple, spruce, and tamarack trees, and Clarkson University is close enough to see.

The Cabin Retreat on Elm Street

Kick back and relax in this small cozy cabin located on Elm street just outside of Potsdam. The cabin is conveniently just minutes from Canton Potsdam Hospital, SUNY Potsdam, and Clarkson University. Sleeps up to 3 guests. There is a Queen size Sleep Number bed in the upstairs loft, and the sofa bed pulls out into a twin bed. Sip a cup of coffee and enjoy the views on the balcony. Grill some dinner outback on the patio. Enjoy the privacy of the entire cabin to yourself.
