Serenity, gentle landscapes, forests and lakes, hiking, access to water activities and heritage. Sweety, a lovely little independent kitten, will share your stay.

The detached house has been renovated and is surrounded by a garden of approximately 2500 m2, with lots of privacy, fantastic views and from June to September with a large 7.32 m-3.66 m) above-ground swimming pool. The house is equipped with modern conveniences and is ideal as a family home for a holiday in and around the house or as base to discover Burgundy.

Nous fournissons le nécessaire à votre séjour (linge de lit et serviettes de toilette). Vous disposerez du wifi dans le gîte, et d'une place de parking.

Belles ballades dans nos forêts et autour des lacs pour les amateurs de randonnées pédestres ou vtt. Dans le village de Brassy se trouve une supérette, un restaurant, une pizzeria. Le mardi à partir de 16h se tient un petit marché avec quelques produits locaux.

For all nature lovers, not overlooked, quiet, to enjoy the birdsong. Close to Lacs des Settons, Chaumeçon and Pannecière. For hikers, beautiful walks in our Morvandelle forests. You have 4 km bakery, grocery store, pizzeria. Dogs are allowed. We have an extra bed, sheets not provided .
