We purchased this home in 2024 after waiting 20 years for it to go on sale. This is our Montenegro gateaway, and we have decided to share it with friendly travellers while we are away. Every little detail has been done with love and care as we have made it to suit our family needs. The balcony has been fully renovated in 2025, 2 out of 3 A/C units are brand new, as well as all bed mattrasses. You'll have an Espresso machine, Ice Cream maker, Workstation and all you need to have a great stay!

SANA Olive Cabin

Peaceful environment surrounded with a lot of 60 year old olive trees in the middle of the city close to all services you need. This is a new cabin finished in March 2022. It can accomodate 2 to 4 persons. All at your fingertips: Long beach 1.5 km, the best spot for birdwatching in the Salina which is located near is 5.5 km away, market 5 min walking, restaurants 5-10 min walking. Your perfect getaway vacation just waiting for you in our cabin, nothing like immersing yourself in nature.

We introduce you our two apartments located in Shiroka, between the lake and mountain. We welcome you to spend your holidays and have an amazing experience in the fresh air and the breathtaking views, starting with the mountain and the lake that will fill your days. You can enjoy fishing, swimming, canoeing, photography, Shkodran delicious cuisine, and many other activities that this wonderful place has. We are here to gladly offer our services to make your stay easier and enjoyable.

Salty Village

Our Salty Cabin lies in the village of Zoganje (Zogaj), surrounded by an olive grove counting over three hundred trees. Located nearby are Salina salt pans, a salt factory-turned-bird park where both silence and sounds of nature such as birds chirp and frog “ribbit” can be experienced and enjoyed. Location is perfect for enjoying birdwatching and getting to know around half of the European bird species. Out of 500 species, around 250 can be seen flying over, or around, the Salty Cabin.

Apartment Tatjana

Apartment Tatjana is seafront accommodation with a private infinity pool situated in precious natural environment. In peaceful place Utjeha, between Bar and Ulcinj, one hour driving distance from Podgorica and Tivat Airport, it has a fantastic garden where you can enjoy the spectacular sunsets. The garden has a path that goes down to the private and public beach where you can use kayak and SUP board free of charge. It is fully equipped for perfect family stay and relaxation.

The Lake House

The lake house is located in the heart of Shiroke with direct views of Lake Shkodra and offers all you need for a pleasant stay in and around Shkodra. Equipped with amenities such as TV, air conditioning throughout the house and WiFi - Shkodër city 15 min. by car - Border, Zogaj 20 minutes by car - Supermarkets 2 minutes' walk - Bars and restaurants In addition to breakfast, the service also includes the provision of clean bed linens and towels as well as shampoo

Sunset House 2

In an olive grove, we designed and built a house that will win your hearts, modernly equipped and made with a lot of love so that you will want to spend as much time as possible in it. From its terrace you can enjoy the most beautiful sunsets, surrounded by olive and oak trees. Complete peace and quiet will make you feel relaxed. We are located between Bar and Ulcinj. Our house is located right next to the main road, but it's not noisy which is very important.
