we had a great stay in this very nice house, very well furnished and with all the comforts. the bedding was very comfortable. Our host is a very nice person and always available. Thank you to the owners for this beautiful weekend

My husband and I took our baby for a break and had a lovely stay in the beautiful cottage. It felt like home and we made use of the hot tub. We had everything we needed and the whole place was immaculate. The location is great for being in the countryside but close enough to visit the coast and was ideal for using the shuttle to and from England.

We spent a very pleasant weekend as a couple in this accommodation , the peaceful and discreet location contributed to it as well as the hot tub and ping pong table. We highly recommend this place to decompress or have a good time.

It was very nice. The house is as described, very cozy and has plenty of space. Laurence was very easy to reach and was able to help directly with questions. We highly recommend the house with several families!

Lovely stay in this fab house in Broadstairs. Had everything we needed and was in a great location. Emmy, the host was very friendly and very communicative. The kids absolutely loved the games room and the hot tub.

The accommodation was really nice Stairs very steep Be careful if you have a dog One of the neighbours dogs attacked our dog very aggressively and the owner was too Terrified to take the dog out on the green at the front This happened on our first night and really impacted our stay

Pleasant house, tastefully decorated, well-equipped with very comfortable bedding. The sea view is beautiful. Janick is a very responsive host and allowed us to extend our stay on the last day. Thank you again for this weekend in a friendly environment that allowed us to discover this beautiful region.

This house was as lovely as it looks. It’s situated in a peaceful location and is well positioned for walks and trips further afield. Beaches are a short drive away. The house has all the amenities you need and was spotlessly clean and clutter free. Charlotte was proactive and very friendly in her communications, which were clear and concise. We had a super relaxing long weekend and really can’t recommend this house enough.

Excellent place. We stayed only for one night but I could have easily stayed there for the whole week! Lots of outdoors to explore! Highly recommended

Great stay, Victoria left some very generous provisions which were much appreciated. Wonderful location, 2mins to the beach and 15mins walk into the centre of Deal. The house was gorgeous and very thoughtfully decorated. My kids (5&7) and I loved it.

Very spacious house. It is very well located a few minutes from the beach and close to the tram and bus. At the same time, the house is very quiet. Philip was very welcoming. We recommend it.

A wonderful weekend of pure enjoyment! What a gem of a stay! This cottage exceeded all our expectations: perfectly equipped, sparkling clean and with a charm that immediately makes you relax. We have fully enjoyed the beautiful surroundings - rolling hills, fresh air and everywhere you look: peace. Waking up in the morning to the sound of curious cows in the distance, exploring the region by bike with your best friends during the day, and joining the cozy barbecue in the evening... What more could you possibly need? The cottage offered us everything: comfort, atmosphere, and a place to make memories together. We loved our stay in this lovely cottage. It is a beautiful location, quiet, cozy and very comfortable. We will definitely be back. The house is equipped with everything: all possible attributes for the kitchen, excellent bathroom, beautiful garden with the possibility to eat and read outside on the terrace, tastefully decorated, excellent beds. The host and hostess have kindly welcomed us and guided us in the neighborhood, passed on good restaurants, etc., they are very sympathetic. It was a lovely experience.

Very nice accommodation, very quiet and good location. The accommodation is very functional, there is everything you need, everything is well thought out. The two terraces are very good. The little extra the bikes were very nice. The small minus is the staircase a little steep and the bathroom a little small for 4.

We had a great stay, the location was really nice! Also Hélène was very friendly and always responded quickly!
