There is also a walking path to a small pond on the property & ample free parking. Should you time your stay right you could join in on goat yoga or another farm event! This barn is located just off I-70 & a short drive to several areas colleges, the casino, & entertainment!

This unique place has a style all its own. Recently updated, the Blue Maiden was built in 1880 as a home to the servants who worked in the mansions prevalent in Farrington's Grove. She is 1.4 miles from downtown and ISU campus, between two hospitals, and convenient to St. Mary of the Woods College, IVY Tech and Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology. She is close to I-70, one block from US 41, and maintains many of her original Victorian charms. She is less than 5 miles from the new casino!

The 1938 Barn was a wonderfully secluded peaceful getaway. The barn is full of charm and the bedroom apartment is comfy and clean. Brianna has done a great job renovating the old barn into a lovely stay. We had a fun time playing pool, enjoying the views, and being offline for a short while.

This was a very cool & neat house with the theme of a Grandma’s house and it had this authentic feel of an older house. The Kitchen, Living room, all bedrooms, and the bathrooms were decorated as such. It was warm, clean, well stocked, and welcoming. A great place to get away from the normal hustle and busy city into a more rural & peaceful get away. It was relaxing and an adventure that enhanced my trip to Indiana.

What can I say that hasn’t been said. When you’re greeted by two friendly labs and immediately introduced to 3 newborn kittens there is nothing else to say. I was only there for one night but I would gladly have chucked my job and stayed forever if I could have. So peaceful and comfy. I’ll be back.
