Incredibly beautiful villa and outstanding hosts

"Amazing experience!" I had a wonderful week at this house, celebrating my birthday with friends, and it was perfect! The house is beautiful, the photos correspond to reality, with environments integrated into the leisure area and swimming pool. The location is excellent: a 10-minute walk to the center and 15 to Praia do Mucugê (on the way back, we took a van because of the hill, super practical). The beds are extremely comfortable, and the bed and bath linens are of great quality, always impeccably clean and changed frequently, which further elevated our experience. The services are impeccable, with high-level cleanliness and an excellent breakfast, prepared by Bruno and his team, always with a lot of variety and quality. I thank Meire, the hostess, Dajuda and her assistant for their care with the cleaning, and Bruno and his team for the impeccable coffee. I will definitely be back and recommend it to anyone looking for an unforgettable stay!

Bruno’s place is very pleasant and better than advertised! The place is so clean and spacious! Bruno is a very gracious host and very attentive. He has everything you need to make your stay relaxing and care free. Definitely would stay here again if ever in Rio.

We loved the house! Our stay was great! Spacious, comfortable and organized house! All of us mainly children love heated pool! Full kitchen we don't miss anything at all! The biggest differentials of the house are: ice machine, potable filtered water (no need to buy mineral water is very good) heated pool and beach service with the tent assembly! We missed some more beach chairs to be made available, but it went well because we used the chairs of the beach stalls! There are so many “attractions” in the house like videoke, ping pong table, slide in the pool that there was no time to enjoy everything! Tv didn't even have time to call! Dayane is a great host, responds quickly by being very polite always, gave great tips and suggestions for everything! We will definitely return more often!

An excellent experience. Clean house, modern decor, well-equipped, close to the beach, safe. We were greeted by Anne with a delicious cassava cake. She introduced us to the house with kindness and promptness. Andrei was always attentive and quick to respond. I highly recommend him!

Place is outstanding. We go to Buzios 3+ times/yr from San Diego for 25 years. Had been renting another home nearby this one (since the views anywhere on the mountain/hill ridges here and above Praia Joao Fernandez are best in Buzios, IMHO) & want to have another "go to" home so we decided to try Poul's. We'll be back!! Noteworthy about this home (if you're American and worried about safety -- welll, as Americans frequently are) is that it's in a 6-home "closed condominium" . . meaning a 'secure-code gated community'. The word "condominium" does NOT translate in Brazilian portuguese to the the American "condominium" (which means an "apartment(s)" in Amer. english. So don't be confused when seeing that word here. Means 'gated community'. So if safety is an issue for you (and frankly it shouldn't be) then this home being in a "gated community" is great. Also the 6-home pool ajoins Poul's villa so it feels like it's "yours" & plenty big enough for early laps & exercise (biggest + !!)

Simply sensational! From the service to every detail of the experience, everything exceeded my expectations. The atmosphere is welcoming, the staff is extremely attentive and professional, and the services offered are of the highest quality. You can see the care and affection with which everything is done. I will definitely come back and recommend it to everyone I know. Congratulations on your great work!

The house is wonderful and I think the images are not enough to describe it. It has a privileged view towards Ferradura Bay and everything you need to enjoy the place. Simon is a great host and is always attentive to every detail. He gave us many recommendations for walks, restaurants and different activities that I can say, were very accurate!! The location is perfect, in a quiet neighborhood and a short drive to the beaches and the different attractions of Buzios. In addition to all this, the manager, Hugo, is always present, who is a great person, very attentive and always available to make your stay a perfect moment. Nor can we forget Jackeline, who is a great cook and helped us with the different household chores, making our vacation very comfortable. We can only thank the 3 of them for their impeccable attention and helpfulness, always on time.

Casa very comfortable, very close to the beach and the differential is on account of Cristiane and Elson who gave all the assistance and made our days more special.

Casa Sol is incredibly beautiful, exactly as shown in the photos. In addition to being aesthetically beautiful, the house is super comfortable and clean. The concierge Maga was an angel who helped us organize our stay and itinerary during the 6 days we stayed; gave great recommendations, booked the beach clubs, took us to very special places, in addition to having hired excellent cooks for the days we had meals at the house. We were in a group of 10 people, one of whom was a pre-teen, and I believe that our experience at the house could not have been better, mainly because of Maga's help.

The divine house, super comfortable, an incredible view, the location 100 points, we were walking every day in Rua das pedras, Cida un amor, it was super pending, in short, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

A beautiful and pleasant house, very ventilated, very bright. Tastefully decorated, very well equipped. The location is excellent, in the best part of the beach. The house staff were very kind and helpful. A special mention to Aline, a lovely person!

The stay was wonderful, we love everything! The house is beautiful and very comfortable, the perfect beach! Heating the pool made all the difference as we caught colder nights. We will definitely return.

The pictures do not live the house and the place: absolutely fantastic home and space! A paradisiacal beach, 5 minutes walking from Beijupirá and Bora Bora. Highly recommended and hope to return.

The house is exactly as demonstrated in the photos, very large and comfortable, facing the sea, literally opening the gate and stepping on the sand. It is at the end of Rasa Beach - not the most beautiful in Búzios - but ideal for those who seek tranquility, because it is far from any hustle and is empty most of the time, even in Carnival. We hired apart the services of the homemade Jessica and her mother Neia for cooking - I recommend, they are considerate, go out to buy the groceries and cook very well. We'll be back for sure.

Awesome house in a private condominium. Carol is super responsive, resolves anything in a matter of minutes. There was mosquito problem because of the neighbor's swimming pool but she resolved it too

The accommodation is worth the investment, very quiet and cozy, the condominium has a wonderful sea view (I recommend going to the viewpoint near the residence). It is very ventilated as it sits on the cliff facing the sea, the moonrise was surreal. The children loved it. The experience was better than I imagined and both the host(Marc) and the lady who received us (Elisangela) gave us all the support we needed to have a wonderful experience, grateful for everything. We'll be back soon.

Wonderful experience: beautiful house, everything clean and of good quality, and the pool, don't even get me started! Strategic location, with an almost private beach (on weekdays). Super comfortable accommodation. Communication was quick and clear! I loved every minute! I left, but I already want to go back! Thank you for your availability and responsiveness.

Amazing place to go with family and kids. Very spacious and peaceful. I would definitely stay there again and recommend to friend. The cat is cute and doesn't bother anyone.

Everything ok, it was a great Carnival. The property is close to the beach and in a region with good restaurants and bars nearby.

The space is impeccable! We want to go back again. The house is beautiful, spacious, with everything we need. The garden is perfect! Looks out of a painting. All well cared for. The external jacuzzi is delicious. The homeisers Priscila and Osmar are wonderful and very helpful. It is worth a visit!
