Holiday rentals with a kayak in Breezy Point

Great one week vacation. We could have not asked for more. Great cabin, great location on a quiet very clean lake. Everything we needed, from kitchen utensils, to games, TV's in every room, bluetooth sound system inside the house. Yard games, firepit and chairs outside. Private dock to fish off. Owner was always very responsive when we had questions. Nice extra was the pontoon to use. We will definitely want to go back next year.

Wonderful place on the Whitefish chain with fantastic views. Christina is an accommodating and responsive host. House is well equipped and comfortable. Outdoor area is spacious. I am a repeat visitor and highly recommend this place.

The view the view the view!! We enjoyed the amazing sunsets, large grass area to play outdoors, skipping rocks down on the rock beach, and especially having a private fire pit on the patio was fantastic!!! The furniture was very comfortable to watch movies on the large tv. The fully stocked kitchen made it easy to make meals and gather around the large table sharing stories and playing several of the board games. Ellie was very quick to response to any question we had. The pool was closed during our stay, but we definitely would have used it. We rented a pontoon and had a blast with that too! We'd rent here again :)

This is the perfect get away. everything was perfect! plenty of space inside and the outdoor space is amazing! Cory communicated quickly and completely. we highly recommend!

Absolutely loved this lakeside home. Saw so much wildlife (beavers, loons, caught lots of fish, and more!). Neighbors were kind and respectful. This area of the lake is tucked off to the side, maintaining a lot of privacy from boaters and other homes. We loved the sunsets and bonfires. The proximity to a large town with lots to do/shop made it easy to get whatever we’d need. Really cannot recommend this place enough as a downtown couple who wanted a peaceful, clean, homey lake getaway. We’ve already decided this will be our go to destination for cabin getaways moving forward!!!!

Had a great stay here in Brainerd! About 15 minutes away from the main city, but a very nice and private spot. Hot tub was a nice amenity! Awesome lake view (came in March so didn’t get to enjoy it fully but in warmer seasons-gorg!) I liked the open concept, was easy to hangout as a group. Kitchen had everything we needed! Larry was responsive, highly recommend!

We all had a wonderful time, it was peaceful, relaxing, family friendly and felt like home! We would definitely rent this place again in the summer time! What a beautiful home and view! Thank you for having us as your guests! Lovely experience!

Beautiful lake and beach! The cabin was very clean, we had use of their kayaks and also a child size kayak that my 4 year old grandson tried out! They also had a canoe, fire pit, chairs and lounge chairs. They even had the fire pit all set up for a fire for us and pulled out a child size chair when they heard we had a 4 year old with us! Sue and Brian were super nice and very welcoming. The cabin deck is attached to their house deck but they have a privacy gate you can pull out if interested but we never felt we needed it. We loved their place so much and we are hoping to come stay again next year!

We had a wonderful weekend at this beautiful cabin! Would highly recommend this cabin for anyone looking for a great weekend on the lake! It has everything needed to feel right at home. It is so peaceful and relaxing. Highly recommended!

We showed up to Jody's place Friday evening. We were celebrating my daughters birthday and I could not have asked for a better place to do it. We showed up and everything was immaculate. There was coffee available, snacks. My daughters could not stop taking pictures of the place. It was surprisingly larger than what we thought. There was a new gas fireplace that made everything feel even more cozy while we played cards and hung out. Jody made for a very memorable weekend for us, and I wish I could give it more than five stars. Thanks Jody!

Great place to stay. It’s exactly what you see in the photos. The home is very spacious, gives the cabin vibe, it’s peaceful, the lake is crystal clear (would be a blast in the summer months), wild life is active and beautiful to watch, and it has friendly and responsive hosts. Thanks for everything!

We enjoyed our stay at Emily‘s place, communication with Emily was very good. Check in information was customized for us, clear and concise. Beautifully clear lake access. The accommodations were large enough to house five siblings and their spouses. It’s just what we were looking for at a reasonable price. I would not hesitate to book with Emily at this lake home again.

I felt the place was even better than I had expected. The photos don’t do it justice the home was incredibly well furnished, well stocked, and the most beautiful view and sunsets. When I meanwhile stocked, I mean there was Advil and blankets, towels, toys, books and more. It was one of the best Airbnb‘s in terms of stocking the house that I’ve been to. The barn was fabulous, every game you could think of and such a nice edition. My only Takeaway that could be negative was I had a very hard time working the air conditioning, it was on some sort of schedule that didn’t activate until 10 PM but luckily we were traveling in May and with the windows open. It was very cool and pleasant. I would love to host a family reunion here because it just seems like such a wonderful place to stay with family and although I only went with my immediate family I could see it being a very fun place to host a reunion of sorts.

This was an AMAZING place to stay! We had lots of fun relaxing in the clean and stylish cabin, and you could tell there was care and thought put into all of the small details, like the hand soaps and hair care products! We 10/10 would come back again, especially the summer since they had some many amenities that would have been perfect for summer! We did come in January, but the space was so beautiful and comfortable, that even a winter get away was a perfect weekend! The photos online don’t do the place justice, and we cannot recommend this property enough. This was also our second time renting an Airbnb, which we were skeptical since our first experience left a lot to be desired. But, after this experience, we wouldn’t hesitate to rent this cabin again and again! The hosts were also super responsive to any questions, and had a whole booklet of amenities, local recommendations, and info!

The place was comfortable and extremely clean. Probably the cleanest place we’ve ever stayed in. The view was lovely and it was very quiet. We had bad weather so we didn’t get to enjoy the outside amenities. The beach, fire pit and kayaks looked very inviting.

We had such a wonderful and special weekend stay at Sunset Retreat!!! The home was so beautifully decorated and has a perfect layout...so many options for gathering from the large kitchen to the dining area, deck, basement large space with the walkout...it was so clean and well kept, it felt like we were using everything for the first time! Everything was very well done and thoughtful! The master suite is a dream with lake view and deck access, basement bedrooms were great and the bunk area is adorable! Beds were memory foam we slept amazing too! Then you go outside and WOW! The yard has a perfect gradul slope, a little beach area for our kids, a great bonfire space with plenty of firewood! The kids LOVED the kayakes! We added the pontoon and are so glad we did we spent a lot of time on the peaceful lake surrounded by beautiful trees and wildlife! Fishing was great, we ate fish and brought lots home! What a perfect weekend for our family! Tank you so much!

Gorgeous place in a gorgeous setting and the host is the best in the business.

We had a great time at the house! So peaceful, relaxing, beautiful. You can tell the owner uses the property as well because all details were given extra thought and attention. Within 15 min to great golfing and restaurants. Caught several fish off of the private dock and had fun exploring the lake on the kayaks. Enjoyed warming up by the fire pit and in the hot tub. Definitely recommend!

Perfect cabin for my bachelor party weekend. A lot of amenities and fun lake stuff along with a beautiful cabin.

This is our second time at this beautiful cabin. Brian and Sandra are great communicators and very responsive. They provided great recommendations for restaurants in the area and the cabin is immaculate. The kitchen has everything you need to grill or cook meals yourself. There is a lot of seating options inside and outside. We rented the pontoon and kayaks along with our stay and spent a lot of time on the lake. Sunset cruises were beautiful. There are a lot of unique personal touches within this cabin- you will love your stay here and we will be returning again. Brian and Sandra are really lovely people.
