Ideally located in the heart of the authentic fishing port of Loguivy de la Mer, at the mouth of the Trieux and facing the island of Bréhat, everything is accessible on foot: fishmonger, supermarket, bar, restaurant, nautical center. Ouern Beach and the GR34 are 300 meters away. The jetty for the island of Bréhat is 10 minutes away by car.

La Domik, a very small house on the harbor

Toute petite maison dans le jardin d'une propriété familiale (qui comporte 3 autres maisons) au bord de l'eau, avec accès privatif à la petite plage du Port Clos et une terrasse de bois avec jolie vue sur mer. La maison ne comporte qu'une chambre (avec un lit double neuf et placards) et une salle d'eau (WC, lavabo, douche). Pas de cuisine, seulement un petit four micro-ondes pour réchauffer des repas. Bouilloire électrique. Radio. Radiateurs électriques. Petite table d’extérieur et 2 transats.

New 71 m2 house, bright, located halfway between the village and the beach. The house consists of a large living room (living room-kitchen), a bathroom and 2 bedrooms (one with mezzanine). A large terrace on the south and west sides allows you to enjoy the sun. The environment is very quiet (agricultural road), the house is away from the road and without any neighbors. You have a view of the surrounding crops and a small sea view.

Ty mam goz (Grandma's house in French) is a former fisherman's house completely renovated and equipped. Its bright living room opens onto a terrace and garden to the south and a bay to the west that offers panoramic views of Beauport Cove and its abbey. This stay has a small wood stove that can enhance cooler days or evenings. You will live there to the rhythm of the tides in the greatest comfort.

Indoor pool and beach 300 meters away

The pool is open from April 1st to November 15th and heated to 28 degrees; its use is shared. It is accessible from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Located near Paimpol, 300 meters from the beach, I will be happy to host you in an independent apartment located on the ground floor of my house The GR34 passes in front of the house and will allow you to hike on the coastal trails and swim in the sea
