Spacious terrace with jacuzzi (jacuzzi can be rented upon agreement), outdoor shower, fire pit and other facilities. Large and unobstructed property with good sunny conditions and parking for up to several cars. Property content: 1st floor: living room/kitchen, bathroom/sauna, 3 bedrooms, laundry room, hallway/hallway. 2nd floor: loft w/ sofa bed, WC, bedroom.

There is a private jetty and boat that can be disposed of (25hp). The boat does not require the boat driver test, but we will require users to have experience with boat.
