Monthly Rentals in Brentwood

We really enjoyed the apartment. The space was very tidy and clean. We particularly found it very convenient for long walks and eating out. The restaurants within proximity to the apartment were outstanding. All and all, we had a very nice stay.

Carol and David’s place is in a great location, peaceful, beautiful and a fantastic alternative to your every day hotel stay. Carol made check-in super easy and was very accommodating when my son had to have a new shirt sent to him for a wedding he was in. We highly recommend to anyone that may have the chance to stay here. Janet’s Airbnb was the perfect location for a three month stay. I chose to stay here while attending the New Approach School of Jewelry. There were rentals closer to school; however, this location afforded me the convenience of being in Franklin and all the amenities of town. Not to mention that Franklin was a great place to spend time on weekends. Janet’s rental is conveniently located next to a grocery store and just a few blocks from many restaurants, cafes, and shops. The unit was accurately described and Janet was a responsive host. I did not have any issues or problems with the unit and check in and out was easy. I can highly recommend staying here.

Josh and Katie's Brentwood cottage is comfortable and adorable! From the four poster bed to the stone fireplaces, screened back porch and front porch swing, its a perfect little retreat. The kitchen is fitted out for cooking full meals, and the bedroom is set up for restful sleep with a comfortable bed and shutters that keep the early morning light out. I travel with my dog, and there are ample neighborhood sidewalks surrounding the property for long walks. The cottage sits on a lovely, lush property off to the side of the main house. The gated property feels safe and secure, and Josh and Katie couldn't have been more accommodating hosts! I would stay again, anytime.
