Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Brentwood

Evane was a very responsive host! She gave us great instructions and worked with my group and I to ensure our stay was as we wanted. The apartment was very clean and spacious. She left us super awesome chocolates from her shop next door as well! I would highly recommend this apartment for anyone visiting the Nashville area!

Just returned from a Mom/Daughter/Aunt get-away. This home is adorable and so close to everything 12 South has to offer! The neighborhood is walkable and charming. Close to restaurants, shopping, parks... also just a short drive to all Nashville has to offer. We would absolutely stay there again! Perfect for two or three guests.

The apartment was exactly what we were looking for for a long weekend in Nashville. There are great coffee shops down the block. The apartment was clean and worked great for two people. We would stay again with Christy.

The "Lyric" was as advertised and met all our expectations! (Especially convenient for any activity associated with Lipscomb.) We felt comfortable right away. (As others have mentioned, this location may be a challenge for any who have difficulty with stairs. But once inside there are no issues with getting around the space.) Host were great. Though we really didn't need anything as all was taken care of.

Edy's place was wonderful. The patio was a great place to relax in the evening and watch the pollinators in the garden. The hosts were very kind and attentive. If a country setting is what you're after, her place is 10/10. They were even accommodating to allow me to store my bicycle indoors so it was out of the rain. Next time we're in the area we would love to stay again.

Awesome home, relaxing, peaceful and comfortable. I came all the way from the Big Island of Hawaii and this was my first time in Tennessee. The location was perfect for the event at the Factory. We stayed two days and we where very happy. Thank you Audrey for the great restaurants suggestions. Our stay at the Kirkwood Cottage was amazing. The home was quaint, comfy, clean, and just as expected. It was a perfect place to come back to after exploring all that the Nashville area has to offer. We especially loved the screened in porch - We had our coffee there in the mornings and drinks in the evenings. The 12 south neighborhood was also an added bonus. Great restaurants, shops, and drinks within walking distance. We were sad to leave when our time was up.

Cole’s home was sparkling clean and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed the space.

This was a nice relaxing stay after being on the road most of the day coming home from a beach vacation. We didn’t use the pool or hot tub but we enjoyed the beauty of the wooded and water surroundings and the quiet and calmness of our space. Thanks for a nice stay 😊

We had a lovely stay at Camille’s place. The beds were comfortable, the house was clean and cozy. We had everything we needed for our stay. The location was perfect. The neighborhood was safe and beautiful. Camille’s Guestbook through Airbnb have use wonderful recommendations. We would definitely stay here again!

This home was fabulous! It has been totally and tastefully renovated. The furniture and fixtures were curated for the new design. In addition, the central location of this home in the charming town of Franklin, made us realize this Airbnb was for us. We were able to walk everywhere! We strolled to shops and restaurants and felt the charm of Tennessee hospitality wherever we went. Finally, Lacey was such a kind host. My grandson left his cell phone there after we checked out, and her staff retrieved it for us. Lacey also volunteered to mail it to us! As a host in Tucson, AZ myself, I know what perfection looks like in the Airbnb world. This Franklin home is it!

I cannot say enough great things about this Airbnb and its perfect location 😍. Marshall and Carolyn were very communicative; Broadway is just a quick 10-15 minute walk away; The place was really clean and spacious; The couch and bed were super comfortable; and There are a ton of great finds within a 2-3 block radius: •Tipsy Scoop is literally next door, and the perfect boozy frozen treat (mango margarita, please) •Martin’s BBQ Joint has such good bbq •Parlor Donuts might just be the best donuts in the US 😉 •Sprocket Rocket Party Bike - book it, and ask for Geoff (trust me). Next time I’m in Nashville. I’m coming back here.

Nice clean place. Thought it was a little larger from the pictures you wouldn’t want more than 2 people in it. Pool was a little scary clean wise!

Shannon is very responsive. The condo is conveniently located. We were very close to restaurants, bars and Broadway. No complaints here. Would definitely stay here again in the future!

We absolutely loved our stay! Immediately felt welcomed. The view of the river was great and made for such a relaxing atmosphere. I also really appreciated how easy it was to walk to Broadway and all the fun attractions nearby. It was the perfect spot for enjoying everything the area has to offer. Highly recommend!

We loved this place! Very quiet neighborhood and several restaurants that were in walking distance. Quick Ubers to our favorite attractions! Allen is very responsive and great communication at all times. My husband and I love Nashville and we will definitely return here to stay again! We enjoyed the decor and how we felt apart of the Nashville lifestyle! Thank you so much! Water in the fridge was much appreciated since we arrived later in the evening. A quick walk to Publix and we were set. Another convenience!
