L'alloggio è una casa indipendente, composta da soggiorno con divano e TV, cucina attrezzata e dotata di elettrodomestici e stoviglie, due camere matrimoniali ciascuna con il proprio bagno completo di servizi e doccia. Non mettiamo in condivisione gli ospiti. Esternamente c'è un giardino privato e un ampio spazio cortilizio dove poter parcheggiare in sicurezza i mezzi di trasporto. La zona è molto tranquilla e silenziosa, vicinissima ad una pista pedonale e ciclabile in riva al fiume Po.

La posizione strategica vi permetterà di vivere il centro enogastronomici, culturale e artistico di Parma. A pochi metri c'è la fermata taxi e autobus collegata con la stazione, in alternativa raggiungibile con una passeggiata di 15min. Dall'autostrada si arriva facilmente al parcheggio coperto Goito aperto 24h che dista 6 min a piedi.
