Le logement est situé dans un quartier calme de Brest à 200m de la salle Aréna et à 200m d'une station du TRAM. Un grand parc boisé est accessible également en quelques minutes. Vous pourrez bénéficier aussi de notre piscine couverte de mai à octobre. Nous sommes aussi situés à environ 15mn de plages de sable fin. Le petit déjeuner est compris. Le logement proposé aux visiteurs est indépendant de la partie occupée par les hôtes. La 2em chambre sera facturée 37 euros par visiteur supplémentaire
