The “Maison de Jean” is an old farmhouse that was superbly renovated in spring 2020. It can accommodate up to 6 people and can accommodate up to 8 occupants. It offers a beautiful and large garden in the heart of the countryside. You will be ideally located in the heart of the region to shine every day and only 15 or 20 minutes by car from the sea: the Abers to the north, the Rade de Brest to the south and the beautiful and wild west coast of Finistère.

My apartment is perched on the 7th and top floor ( with elevator !). It is sunbathing or beaten by the winds but always warm! 80 m2 entirely at your disposal in comfort mode. Full center of Brest! You can do everything on foot, the train station is less than 5 mins away, the tram is 7 mins away, a large supermarket is 10 mins away, the theatre, the cinemas are 10 mins away... If you have a car, parking is paid in front of my house, so it's easy to park!

It includes a living room open to a fitted and equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, separate toilet and 2 bedrooms. The shutters are electric and linens are provided.

Welcome to this 70 m2 apartment in the city center, close to the Tram stop and the Saint Martin church. The accommodation includes a beautiful living room living/fitted kitchen/dining room. The Flexible room, offering beautiful volumes, also has its own TV (Amazon Prime, Ligue 1, Orange TV box). The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower and a double sink. Separate toilets. Bathroom towels and bed already prepared upon arrival.

Fairy Cabin on Stilts

The Cabane des Fées is an unusual comfortable room, set on 3 m high stilts in the heart of nature on the edge of a hamlet. The cabin is insulated and heated. Come and have a magical stay as a couple or family, and enjoy moments of relaxation by the heated and covered pool (June to September). Enjoy the various activities a few meters from the cabin : hiking and mountain biking trails from the house, surfing, kite-surfing ...

The Enchanted Break

The Camellia Suite is a premium suite equipped with a spa bath for two and a massage seat. Equipped with a 160 × 200 bed, everything is done to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. For your total well-being, a small private outdoor area equipped with a Spa is at your disposal. Bed and bath linen are available. Independent T2 apartment, on the first floor, full of charm with old parquet floors, high ceilings. A bedroom with a double bed of 14 m² on the quiet back with access to a small private terrace very sunny. A 25 m2 living room with kitchenette , shower room with large shower and toilet. All in a charming old house in the middle of this pretty little city of characters.
