Holiday rentals with beach access in Bretteville-sur-Ay

We had a great stay in the apartment offered by Emmanuel and Marie. The check-in instructions are clear and the key box makes it easy to access the rental quickly. Emmanuel and Marie are very friendly, attentive and their presence at the delicatessen, located on the ground floor, allows a very appreciable direct contact. The apartment is well located, functional, well equipped, very clean and tastefully decorated, and is conducive to a relaxing vacation. You can easily park your vehicle in the two nearby parking lots. Port, beach, shops are within walking distance. The Cotentin charms us every time we visit and we will be happy to come back.

We had a very good stay at Virginie's, the beach 50m walk is a real asset and offers a very nice view. The apartment is very well-equipped.

We went as a family of four adults. Jocelyne’s place was as described and much more. She is responsive and clear with communication.The 180 degree views were the highlight of our stay. The whole flat is immaculate. It had everything to give you a relaxing home away from home. We explored the walks and beach nearby and we got great recommendations for food in Granville. Le mont St michel is about 40min drive and worth going to. I would highly recommend a stay.

We had such a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Gouville. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely sun-drenched balcony. We watched the sunset both nights, either on the balcony or down at the beach. Easy drive to Mont St Michel as well. We were sad to leave!! NB towels and toiletries not provided - not a problem, but worth nothing for those travelling from overseas.

Very nice studio, very well decorated, tidy and equipped, close to the sea. The garden is also very pretty and welcoming. Everything was perfect, Sylvie was kind enough to leave us 2 bikes and was very responsive in her messages. We'll be happy to go back!

This is the second time we have booked this accommodation and we will definitely come back! An incredible little studio that gives the feeling of being suspended above the sea. An irreproachable calm, 12 minutes walk from the center of Granville with charming shops. The accommodation is extremely clean and well equipped for a comfortable and rejuvenating stay for two. We were in this incredibly great accommodation for the second time and it was once again super nice. From super friendly hosts, to a beautiful garden and an idyllic location close to the sea, everything just fit. We had a lovely week. We would be happy to visit Marie and Michel again.

The house in the dunes is beautifully located and at least as beautifully decorated. Everything is very clean and well cared for and Marion responds quickly and is helpful. You can walk into the dunes on the beach or relax in the pool or on a lounger in the sun. The only thing that was a little different than I thought is that the house is a little close to the public road. Not many people come by, but it is just a little less private. This would not prevent me from recommending this house and coming back again. It is also still very quiet and peaceful. Thank you Marion!

Excellent stay at Isabelle and Obey's, who are welcoming, discreet and good hosts. The accommodation is functional, clean and in a very pleasant environment with a nice garden that you can enjoy. The location is ideal for visiting both the coast and the countryside. Very nice sites nearby. Recommended without hesitation!

We had a wonderful stay at Christelle's house. Everything was perfectly thought out: we found everything we needed. The children enjoyed the many games and toys available to them. The house is ideally located, close to shops and the beach. Christelle is a lovely, responsive and very professional host, always available to respond quickly to our messages. A big thank you also to David for his warm welcome! We recommend Christelle's house with our eyes closed and will certainly come back!

We had a wonderful family weekend in Thibaut's beautiful house. It is very large, well-equipped and well-located in Barneville. I recommend this Airbnb 100%!!

Stayed here for the 2nd time and it remains an absolutely wonderful house. Great view where you can quietly see the tides of the sea come and go in absolute peace. Regardless of the weather, this is a fantastic house, in nice weather on the terrace and with some rain a block of wood in the stove and nice in the living room stay.

Very pleasant stay in this cozy apartment with nice decor. Everything is connected, even the dishes. Nice and clean apartment. The French door with a sliding door to access the terrace without overlooking the wind shelter is a plus. Heloise is a very nice host and available to answer questions.

We were very warmly welcomed by Anne-Marie and Michel. Their apartment is a charming little cocoon, nestled in a beautiful historic building. It is bright, functional, tastefully decorated and everything is planned to spend a peaceful stay and enjoy the many shops and activities of Granville and the surroundings. The advantages: the in-person welcome, Michel's good jam, free parking, free shuttle. We recommend visiting the Chausey Islands and the many independent traders with their pretty shops filled with treasures.

The apartment is perched on the 3rd floor with full sea view. It's beautiful. It's ideally located in Granville (shops, restaurants, port, beach). The mezzanine studio is comfortable and the decor really very nice. Bravo! I recommend it. Thanks to David and Olivia
