Normandy itself is breathtaking—a region full of history, natural beauty, and a calm that invites you to slow down and truly enjoy the moment. I found myself wishing I could spend every quiet Saturday morning there, just soaking in the peace. I super highly recommend this home for anyone looking for a magical getaway. We had an exceptional stay in this home that exudes authenticity and human warmth. As soon as we arrived, we felt that she had a soul, and we quickly understood why: shaped by our host and her father, it is much more than a construction. Here, wood and stone are not just materials, they carry the trace of those who worked them with love. The hospitality was very generous. Always available despite his busy days, our host responded kindly to all our questions – and we had a lot of them! Beyond the comfort and charm of the place, it is a real immersion in a way of life more respectful of nature that has marked us. Here, ecology is not a simple word, but a sincere and coherent commitment, a lesson we take with us. We leave enriched with this experience, with deep gratitude for the trust and human warmth offered to us.

The stay went very well. The accommodation is clean and functional. The breakfast served was well presented and of course very good. Marie-Claire was lovely.

The location of this area is perfect, everything that you want is 1-10 minutes on foot, Being ready for a little walk to the 3 floors with a heavy suitcase can be challenging, but for me was a workout))little noise till 2 -3 am, but if you are good with all of this, it's a perfect location to stay and explore the city, we were comfortable with our 2 kids and we walked a lot

Mireille's home is sublime...so beautifully done and impeccably maintained. The location is great...we had our favorite meal of the trip on the piazza out front, ordered takeout drinks from the bar downstairs, bought fresh flowers and fruit from the farmer's market out front and sent our kiddo for pastries each morning at a wonderful bakery nearby. It felt just like home, if home was in France! But the even brighter spot of this stay was Mireille herself. She was very responsive, even giving traffic guidance on checkin day due to a local festival. She guided us to nearby parking, helped with our bags, and gave us a full tutorial on her flat and it's many lovely features. During our stay, she continued to make valuable recommendations. We enjoyed a lovely meal at her nearby Italian restaurant and so enjoyed getting to know her and her sweet husband, Thierry. She took special interest in my daughter which made her feel even more so that she has a place in this big world.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The view was amazing and the place had everything we were looking for. The host was very responsive when we needed to reach her. I would definitely recommend this place to others who are looking to get away from the city for a few days.

We will return without hesitation, very clean and nicely decorated. There is everything you need to have lunch and even cook. No cleaning to do. Close to the center, shops.
