Located about 1 hour from NYC you will find peace and serenity in the middle of nature on this 4 acre estate (that also contains our main home) where you can get away from it all. unwind this way or visit local attractions like Thunder Ridge Ski Mountain, snowshoe/ X Country skiing, hike/bike/running trails, restaurants and local cafe's. Great oasis to kick back and spend time with family.

Cozy suite with fireplace and private deck views of the majestic Hudson River nestled in a quiet safe residential well-maintained neighborhood away from the city of Newburgh close to the Newburgh-Beacon bridge and the prestigious Powelton Country Club. This suite has a full kitchenette and a separate living space with couch, smart TV, queen bed and table. It has its own deck accessible by a sliding glass door where you can enjoy sunrises and soak in the peaceful views.

The Treecastle at the Roundhouse Homestead

The Treecastle started as a vision when I was a child, but came to life during the quarantine of 2020. Escaping into the woods and surrounded by nature, the treecastle is supported on one end completely by a mature pin oak with hardware from Treehouse Masters TV show. This cozy modern bungalow is set adjacent to our home with a separate entrance from the driveway on 8 acres isolated on a back country road with no neighbors visible anywhere. You are a bike ride away from Fahnestock Park, the Appalachian Trail, the Zen Monastery, White Pond and a small country deli. It's a 20 minute drive to Cold Spring with antiques and restaurants, 15 minutes to Carmel with first run movies, bowling, restaurants and a mall.

Located near the village, hiking trails, Jones Farm, Hudson River, Woodbury Commons, West Point and more. The studio is ground level with a private entrance. The kitchenette incudes a convection toaster oven, a hot plate cooktop with pots/pans, light kitchenware, coffee maker, & fridge. Also provided: TV, Roku stick, Wi-Fi, AC/electric heat. (No cable) This is our home. The use of illicit drugs, smoking and excessive alcohol is prohibited.
