Apartment holiday rentals in Brickell Key

Small but in a great location. A few steps from the metro mover and a block away from bay front park. Very well equipped but the oven is not the easiest to use. The rental uses an app for access that can be a little unreliable. I'd need to remove my magsafe phone case for the app to work properly.

This place is beautiful. My wife and I enjoyed the place. Great balcony where you can view the bay and the pool below. We will be back. We recommended this spot to our friends and family.

We had a reall great stay! The apartment is really spacious and contains everything you need. Although it is located in downtown it is really calm. The host is always available and helped us with every issue. We will definetely come back another time.

We loved our stay here. The unit was clean and plenty spacious with an awesome view of the city from the balcony. Walking distance to SO many places nearby. Host was great with communication reaching out to me for all things before I even needed to reach out, I never had to reach out. For what I could imagine this place costs for this area, I believe the price is very much fair as well. So many great food spots and night life was awesome. We will likely stay here again if we ever visit the Brickell area again!

Zyad fue muy amable nos contestó inmediatamente y solucionó nuestro pedido. excelente ubicación, el sitio es muy cercano a restaurantes y otros sitios de interés en el centro de Miami, eso es un plus, otra cosa que resaltaría son las vistas especialmente el área de piscina puedes observar gran parte de la ciudad. The location is excellent; it's very close to restaurants and other places of interest in downtown Miami, which is a plus. Another thing I'd highlight is the views, especially from the pool area. From there, you can see a large part of the city. It's beautiful. We'll return in the future.

Además, te dan una gift card de 100$ para ir a cenar a Crazy About You, una pasada de sitio! Encima también te dejan guardar las maletas allí en el restaurante. Repetiría de nuevo sin dudarlo!

Had a lovely stay! Very modern apartment with great amenities for cooking, washing/drying and a beautiful pool. Another great thing about this place is that there are NO HIDDEN FEES 👏 The team at Avanti were very quick to respond and helpful every step of the way. The only thing I would say that might be a slight set back would be the location - this has nothing to do with Avanti. Downtown Miami can be a little sketchy and the different characters found outside on the street can vary on any given night. Albeit, this is usually later in the evening. Access to the Metro Mover across the street, which can get you to places like Brickell, Riverwalk & Museum Park, is great if you don’t always want to drive or maybe go out for a few drinks without worrying about getting home. Just keep in mind the metro mover closes at midnight. Very comfortable apartment to stay for the best part of a week, and there’s always someone on reception if you ever need anything.

We had an amazing stay and the place looked exactly like the photos. Had most of the amenities we needed for our short stay! We walked to a lot of places in Brickell, as they were so close to the apartment, and the best thing is that the building was very quiet and private to rest in between. Assigned parking spot is on 8th floor which takes a bit of time whenever you are getting in/out. Apartment is a bit dated but the location and the view are unbeatable though!

Bo’s listing was just as described. Check in instructions were very clear with photo directions. We were upgraded to a higher floor with an amazing sunset and the parking garage access was a huge plus. Bo was very friendly and responsive for our entire stay. The apartment was very comfortable and the amenities were great. Everyone in the building was also very friendly and the location was walkable to Bayside. I would definitely recommend booking with Bo.

The Maria was wonderful! I was visiting from NY for F1 weekend and I’m glad I picked this place. Maria accommodated me with my check in and check out times to work around my schedule and that truly made my trip and overall stay a lot better. The place was beautiful and very clean. The location was perfect for exploring Miami downtown, and the building amenities were a great bonus. The first thing that stood out once booking was completed was kash’s communication. He was very responsive from the time of booking to the time of check out. Everything was beautiful and spotless even down to the amenities where food can be brung to you while sitting aside the pool. And last but not least the location is amazing and close to everything you need. Thank you for this amazing experience. We will definitely be booking again!
