Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Brickell Key

A beautiful apartment in a fantastic area of Miami. We stayed here for 8 days and had a ball. Very quick check in at the front desk (just showed the passport); 6 lifts and we barely waited for a lift in the 8 days we were there. A lovely apartment, so clean, stunning views of the water. The sofa bed was very comfortable - came with a foldaway mattress which was ideal. The kitchen had the full range of utensils, microwave, large fridge etc. Bathroom was very clean and had shampoo, soap etc. We used the laundry facilities in the apartment - washer and dryer - so you could probably bring less clothes than planned for your holiday! It's a great spot for dozens of bars and restaurants, walking to Brickell Island, and Ubers are cheap and plentiful to take you further afield - $10 to Bayside, $15 to $20 to south beach. I would absolutely recommend Cinthia's apartment to anyone looking for a lovely home-from-home in a great area. Cinthia was very responsive and a great host.

We had an amazing stay and the place looked exactly like the photos. Had most of the amenities we needed for our short stay! We walked to a lot of places in Brickell, as they were so close to the apartment, and the best thing is that the building was very quiet and private to rest in between. Assigned parking spot is on 8th floor which takes a bit of time whenever you are getting in/out. Apartment is a bit dated but the location and the view are unbeatable though!

Super appartement, très propre et central. Les équipements mis à disposition comme la piscine et la salle de sport sont vraiment agréables. Également, sa localisation permet d'accéder facilement à d'autres quartiers grâce à la proximité des transports en commun. Également, le parking mis à disposition était très pratique. Je recommande vivement !

This was a great place to stay for a night in Miami. Plus that it’s dog friendly. Place is exactly as described. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely apartment with amazing views and very comfortable furnishings. Excellent layout with a long inside hallway that separates the bedrooms from the entrance and living areas. Nice new washer dryer. Pleasant outdoor space. The apartment worked well for us and we will definitely return!!

Very nice place to visit with very good amenities

We had a reall great stay! The apartment is really spacious and contains everything you need. Although it is located in downtown it is really calm. The host is always available and helped us with every issue. We will definetely come back another time.

Great place. Great hosts. Recommend. Only thing to be aware of is they charge you a fee when you arrive paid directly to the host of $35-$60 that they don’t tell you until after you book for a “welcome kit” of two small water bottles, etc that you can’t refuse. So factor that into your pricing.

Excelente atención, Juan me ayudó en todo momento con mis inquietudes, él respondía super rápido… el lugar es tal cual las fotos, muy limpio todo, las sábanas impecables, la vista del departamento espectacular, me gustó que su ubicación te queda cerca a todo a la playa, a lugares turísticos como el brickell, bayside, etc, no alcancé a ir a la piscina por el tiempo ya que me dediqué hacer turismo en la Ciudad pero algo que me agradó fue que en el mismo lugar del departamento en la parte baja puedes disfrutar del bar y restaurante, volvería sin lugar a duda!!!!

I really enjoyed my stay here, the penthouse is just as described in the images, was very clean and the hosts were very responsive, and had good communication. Overall I would recommend staying here, it’s right in the middle of the city with a lot of things to do, whenever I come to miami I always stay in Brickell for that reason and this airbnb is in the perfect spot.

We enjoyed our stay at Irina’s place. The view and the location were perfect. The ambiance of her place and the residence was very Miami, which we enjoyed. We would definitely recommend her spot.

We had a wonderful stay while we celebrated our son's graduation. The home is perfectly set up for entertaining and relaxing. The pool is lovely and the patio has numerous sitting/relaxing areas for eating or visiting. There are also numerous ways to "play" from a pickleball court and basketball hoop to pool toys and a zip line! The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you might need, including many lovely serving pieces if you entertain. The hosts are responsive and lovely. Highly recommend!

Leda was so sweet and even accommodated an early check in for us ! The house was spotless and comfy and we felt super safe with a gate! Can’t wait to stay again !

House is great. Extra clean. Modern. Lots and lots of details. Luis is super. Always had good communication. The pool area is awesome for kids. Mini golf etc. Lot of games. We will be back for sure.

Marja and Camilo are excellent people, very loving. I wanted to celebrate my mother's birthday who is sick with cancer and they were so loving and cooperative, they helped me a lot to make that day special for her. The property is a beautiful property minutes from delicious restaurants and the famous Wynwood. It is an unmatched property every detail of the house and amenities, the decoration is beautiful, a patio with a pool and many spaces to share and relax to the fullest, the bathrooms are very nice and have everything and more than you could need, everything with impeccable cleanliness and organization, the kitchen equipped with everything, which makes you feel in your own kitchen, the rooms are very nice, everything modern, mattresses and pillows very comfortable. There is not a single thing I cannot recommend about the property and that accompanied by Marja and Camilo. Thank you for everything. See you soon.😘
