You can discover the beautiful lake region, the port of Dienville 2 minutes from the house with its water activities and restaurants, the Orient Forest, the beautiful city of Troyes and the Nigloland amusement park located 15 minutes away.

Le Moulin de La Font (Lac Amance - Nigloland)

Ancien moulin à eau, situé en bordure de ruisseau au coeur du vignoble champenois. Fraîchement rénové, le moulin dispose de 2 chambres à l'étage, d'une cuisine très bien équipée, d'une grande pièce à vivre (environ 35m²) avec possibilité de 2 couchages supplémentaires. Terrasse sécurisée et entièrement close avec salon de jardin, bains de soleil et barbecue. A 5 minutes du parc Nigloland, 10 minutes du Lac d'Amance et 45 minutes de Troyes et des magasins d'usine.

Nearby are the Lakes (Lake Dienville, Lake Der, Lake Mesnil St Père) and its beaches, the Lakes bike path (42 km path), the Nigloland amusement park, the Charles de Gaulle Memorial in Colombey-les-Deux-Églises, the Joa Lac du Der casino in Giffaumont, and the circuit of half-timbered churches.

A 2-step walk from the center and a 10-minute walk to the lake, our DienVilla will offer you all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay and to discover all the riches of our region. A little nod and pun about the name we chose for our house. In 864 the village of Dienville was called Dienvilla!!

Upstairs, two bedrooms: one with a double bed, the second a double bed (convertible into two single beds) and a trundle bed offering two single beds. A bathroom and an independent toilet. On the ground floor: a large living room with a sofa bed for two extra beds. A fully equipped kitchen and a second toilet.

We offer a gîte in our farmhouse, located near the lakes of the Forêt d'Orient (5 min walk from Lake Dienville) and 20 minutes from Nigloland! You will enjoy a peaceful setting, surrounded by nature.
