Great stay at Bill's just what we needed where we needed, close to local cafes, takeaways and shops, lovely park nearby and a nice stroll to the local train station to be able to get into the city, Bill was very helpful with any queries we had.

Beautiful place, very easy to check into. Bed was soo comfortable! Kitchen had everything needed to cook and bathroom was nice. Street was lively in the day but to be expected given the area but night time was nice and quiet. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again and recommend others stay as well. Thank you for a wonderful much needed Staycation.

A very enjoyable stay. The house was clean, comfortable, and very nicely decorated. The location is great, well within walking distance to the city and right by the South Melbourne markets. Would definitely stay again and recommend others giving it a look!

A lovely home, great hosts and location. A great location and base for exploring Melbourne with multiple coffee shops in close walking distance and a 10 minute stroll to Carlisle st with a Coles and cafes etc. We chose this accomodation as we used to live in the area and it was very central to our family and the wedding that we were in Melbourne for. We did hire a car as we needed to visit family daily and finding parking was never a big issue, however trams and a train station are close too. The beds were extremely comfortable and the house had everything we needed as a family to enjoy a sunny, but very cold Melbourne. We had a lovely stay and look forward to next time.

Such a beautiful small home, so clean and bed linen immaculate. Beds so so comfy. Really felt safe, the street has elderly long term owners. Very quiet and safe area. I’m big on cleanliness and this was 10/10. Def staying again. Kitchen facilities brilliant, did all my cooking with good quality pots and utensils. Bathroom is awesome, love the view. Cant fault. I had a great stay in Jans property. It was a beautiful house, super clean and she was flexible with checkout time. The electric blanket and heaters in the bedroom were an extra bonus.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was perfect—close to everything in the city, but still quiet enough to relax. Andrew was the perfect host - he was super helpful, responsive and offered to stay up late in case I had issues getting in, given my late arrival time. Communication was great and very open to helping where possible. The apartment itself was lovely and views were fantastic being on the top floor. You could still hear a lot of the traffic and trams however so perhaps bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper but otherwise not a big deal, just one of the things about being in an urban area. I was there for work so was a very quick stay but it was a close walk for where I needed to be which was great, thanks for having me Andrew and being a fantastic host!

Overall a nice place to stay. Peter was super responsive and he replace the shampoo immediately when I told him it ran out.

Great hosts who were super responsive and obviously care about their place and their customers. A fabulous location 5 min walk to the CBD, all the theatres and botanical gardens, trams etc. Didn't need a car, a well set up kitchen and nearby IGA, super comfy bed and lots of lovely plants so it felt less like a motel. The pool sauna and gym were all fab too. A super generous supply of towels ( including for the pool), toilet paper, paper towels detergent etc so it was easy to move in and relax. Great kitchen to cook in small but withe everything you could need. This will now be our Melb base whenever we are in town.

Magda was lovely from the start and provided clear instructions for check-in and suggested parking options nearby as well as we were driving all the way from Sydney. The place felt comfortable and cosy and will definitely recommend for couples looking to stay with pups.

Great stay, great spot, great apartment. Very responsive and helpful host. Easy walk to Southbank restaurants, large Woolworths just a couple of minutes walk away to stock up on supplies. terrific views from the apartment. Would certainly stay there again.

We had a great stay at Tanglewood, we were visiting family on the area. Lovely place well kitted out very peaceful and tranquil and a good size. Roslyn is lovely and a great host. We would definitely recommend and return

I really enjoyed my 6 week stay here. The balcony was beautiful a lovely view and lots of natural sunlight and great view of the moon and church. Shaheen is an excellent host, I felt very welcome and looked after. The location is great with lots of restaurants and the train station so close. Highly recommend a stay here!

Absolutely loved our 5-day stay at this stunning holiday house! The peacefulness of the surroundings was exactly what we needed to unwind and recharge. The breathtaking views from the house were truly spectacular, and we felt so lucky to have experienced them every day. The house itself was beautifully appointed and perfectly suited our needs. A huge thank you to our amazing host, Deepika, who was always super helpful and responsive to our questions. Her communication was prompt and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable and stress-free. We'd highly recommend this gem to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. Five stars isn't enough – we'd give it ten stars if we could!

We had a wonderful stay at Flower’s beautiful Elwood penthouse with our dog. The apartment was luxurious, spotless, and perfectly located for exploring Melbourne’s Bayside. Flower was incredibly warm and welcoming, greeting us personally and stocking the fridge with thoughtful, delicious goodies. Every detail was taken care of, making our stay feel easy and indulgent. We’d absolutely stay again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stylish, relaxing base in Elwood.

Una’s apartments was a delight to check into. With welcoming treats. Laundry facilities and detergent. Shampoo and conditioner. Just what I needed after a long trip. Coffee as well. Great location. A picnic basket too. Una was so understanding and fabulous to communicate with. I really felt spoilt. Thank you again for having me and Buddy to stay. Really grateful.

Great location, so close to cafes and shops, transport and amenities, and it had an off lead dog park just across the road (Kim has some great recommendations for local foodie hotspots and activities). A proper apartment with separate bedroom, definitely well suited for a wide variety of stay lengths, including long stays. Wish i could have stayed there longer.

We had a wonderful time at this adorable little apartment! It is located in a very convenient location where many cafes, restaurants, and other venues are within walking distance. Would happily stay here again! The hosts were super lovely to work with too ☺️

We had a wonderful time staying at Minnie's apartment. Well equipped, comfortable and well located. Of particular note, the beds and bedding were so comfortable. You can really tell that Minnie cares, it is rare that you sleep better at an Airbnb than you do in your own home. Thank you Minnie for putting so much thought and care into making your guests comfortable.

VERY happy with Samantha's unit .Met all our needs and was quite comfortable and car was in secure parking within easy access to unit .Location to shopping within easy walking. Cafe across the road . Highly recommend.
