Located in a quiet cul du sac in the historic market town of Kendal with convenient access to the M6, Lake District & Yorkshire dales. The cosy cabin suitable for a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children is a 20min walk to town centre along the scenic River Kent or a 4 minute walk to the fantastic Romney’s pub with its fabulous food & fine ales. There is parking available & a private outside decking area. Don’t want to walk ? We are a 30sec walk to the bus stop 2 minutes from the property.

Yan pod is an ideal woodland base for lovers of the great outdoors We are situated 4 miles south of Kendal, on the border of the Lake District National Park, and on the Bay Cycleway. Sizergh Castle, Levens Hall and other amenities are close by. There are many local walks from the wood and easy access by car to the Lake District and Yorkshire Dales.

The cottage overlooks the village green and consists of a cosy sitting room with log burner, kitchen/dining room, and WC on ground floor. The first floor accommodates a beautifully decorated double bedroom and spacious bathroom. The property benefits from an exterior porch and utility room which provides secure storage space for boots, bikes or golf clubs.
