This turreted hideaway forms the East Tower of a 15th century château - featured in a number of UK homes & interiors magazines. The tower is completely self-contained and its pretty, covered balcony offers breathtaking views over the château's truffle orchard. Large 34 m2 studio with a beautiful view of the Château de Saumur, in the historic district. 5-minute walk to the hyper center. Free street parking is available downstairs from the building. It is located on the Loire bike path on the Loire quay, on the 2nd floor, overlooking a quiet and unoverlooked inner courtyard, facing the Château de Saumur. Its authenticity, brightness and southwest exposure will charm you. Great for a business stay or relaxation in Saumur.

The pavilion, independent of my house, overlooks the Loire. It's great for a couple's getaway. It is ideal as a base for exploring the roads and paths of the Loire, to visit the countless known castles or lesser-known residences that line it. You will never forget the sunrises over the Loire in the early morning in one of the most beautiful villages of the wild Loire (halfway between Angers and Saumur). It is now equipped with mosquito nets... Welcome!

Welcome to this lovely studio with character: exposed beams and terracotta tiles for a stay in an atmosphere that is both calm and warm. This space is located on the first floor, in an outbuilding of the house. Feel at home: the accommodation is private and has independent access! We are next door for any requests. Location: halfway between Angers and Saumur (30 minutes). 8 minutes from La Ménitré SNCF train station and the banks of the Loire.
