The garden studio is at the ground level of the house, it's surrounded by mature trees and lush plants. Located a few minutes walk to a public wharf with ferries to Woy Woy, local cafe and general store; a few minutes drive to the beautiful Bouddi coastal walk, restaurants and shops. You will enjoy your private space with a separate entrance. Friendly chickens and cat might pay you a visit. Feel free to play the piano or borrow our bikes during your stay. Surf good waves, explore the rockpools & view a classic sunrise, at Bungan Beach. Relax on the deck with a glass of wine, taking in the views of Northern beaches, Newport, Bilgola and Central Coast.

2 PEOPLE MAXIMUM NO CHILDREN NO PETS NO COOKING INSIDE The Guesthouse is located on Salts Bay at Swansea Heads. Although it is on our property, it is completely separate to our house, with a private, waterfront entrance. Access is through our front gate, down a sloping path and a flight of stairs. Unfortunately is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Street parking is available. Free use of kayaks. You can swim directly in front of the studio, or from the sandy beach 100m away.

Set amongst the gum trees overlooking beautiful Pittwater, our light and airy studio apartment is the perfect place to get away from it all. Cool off in the still water opposite or catch a wave at Mona Vale Beach, a short drive away. You can grab a coffee or a bite to eat at our local cafe or restaurant, just a short 600m stroll along the waterfront. Explore Pittwater on the Scotland Island Ferry or hire a kayak. Buses leave from the bottom of our driveway to connect with city links.
