(70m incline) The view from the studio comes at a price and if you are prepared to walk the steps.... there's enormous gain when you reach the top. We have created a little tribute to our favorite places - Indonesia, Morocco, Spain and Mexico. 'The Boathouse' Waterfront Studio, Swansea Heads.

2 PEOPLE MAXIMUM NO CHILDREN NO PETS NO COOKING INSIDE The Guesthouse is located on Salts Bay at Swansea Heads. Although it is on our property, it is completely separate to our house, with a private, waterfront entrance. Access is through our front gate, down a sloping path and a flight of stairs. Unfortunately is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Street parking is available. Free use of kayaks. You can swim directly in front of the studio, or from the sandy beach 100m away.

Seaside Soak & Sauna

Relax in this special romantic retreat in our modern coastal oasis at beautiful Binalong Bay in the Bay of Fires. Perfectly designed for couples, our newly built haven offers breathtaking ocean views, a private sauna, outdoor shower and an outdoor bathtub (cold plunge or hot) with views to live for ! ideal for relaxing under the stars. Access is via the rock stairs at the front of the property. Unwind by the fire pit with the waves as your soundtrack at Tasmania’s stunning East Coast.

If you are sensitive to road noise we might not be the perfect place for you.
