Carriage House in Downtown Historic District
The Carriage House in historic Bristol is a short walk to downtown restaurants, shops, coffee shops, two neighborhood beaches, museums, public library, churches and several wedding venues. It is a half block to the Prudence Island and Providence to Newport Ferry and a short walk to the Bike Shop (rentals) and the East Bay Bike Path which leads to Colt State Park. The harbor boardwalk is aIso a short walk from the front door. On the bus route to Newport (20 minutes) and Providence (30 minutesl).

My place is 15 minutes from downtown Providence where there are plenty of restaurants and nightlife, public transport as well as , family-friendly activities. There is a bike path near by. Being such a small state you are close to all the colleges this state has to offer. You’ll love my place because it is a cozy apartment perfect for groups of two or three. One full bed as well as a roll-a-way bed. Notice that at no time will the short term rental be used to host events or parties.

You'll love this basement apartment in our home in the quiet neighborhood of Common Fence Point. Parking is available in the driveway outside your private entrance to the apartment. Full-size windows for fresh air and lots of natural light. There is one bedroom with a queen bed and the living room has a trundle bed which makes 2 twin beds. Occupancy per the town ordinance is 2 adults and 2 children under the age of 12. There is a small beach and shoreline for your enjoyment.
