Jason is a friendly and approachable host. The property is comfortable, well equipped and easy to heat when necessary. The views are amazing and there is lots of local wildlife; we even saw humpbacks from the front room one evening! Location was good for Port Hardy and a lot of the North Island Trails. Worth every penny.

Sarah’s place was perfect for a weekend getaway! The location is walking distance to the playground, beach and restaurants. The house was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The private yard came in handy, we enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit. Thanks for being an amazing host, looking forward to staying here again the future!

We loved our stay here. The view from the full length windows and outdoor patio were breathtaking. We saw lots of wildlife: eagles, deer, seals, an otter and humpbacks. The kitchen was stocked and the bedding was very comfortable. It was beautifully decorated. We had fires on the beach each night while we enjoyed the peaceful surroundings. It’s a walkable distance to the Dolphin Resort restaurant where the food was excellent. We would rebook in a minute.

We had an amazing stay at this cute place on the best lake in the NW! Emily was so accommodating and quick to reply and added thoughtful additions for us. We had a wonderful family time here and there was so much to do just on the property. Great for families! And the most gorgeous view!

We had a fantastic stay in Blind Bay. Brad’s place has an amazing view on the lake, spacious kitchen and bedrooms and was extremely clean. The check-in was super easy and we loved the time there.

Pro’s: Krista was a great host. Easy to reach when I had any questions and always seemed happy to help. This place is just as beautiful as the photos. It’s spacious and comes with everything you need to enjoy your stay plus so much more. Lots of rooms and nice big beds to comfortably host larger groups. Air conditioning worked great and was such a blessing on those extremely hot days. So many games and activities to always have something fun to do. My group wants to book it again ASAP. Con: The only minor con was that the property does back onto the highway. They did a great job installing a huge wooden fence which gives you 100% privacy. The only thing I’d suggest is to bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper.

We loved this amazing view home in Nanaimo. It is comfortable and extremely clean. Brian is a wonderful host, very welcoming and helpful. He has gone the extra mile to make your stay memorable by having so many extras available for your enjoyment like kayaks, crab traps and even extra shoes! The home has an incredible view and water access that offers a beautiful place to relax each day. We saw orcas, humpbacks, and otters from the deck! My 4 yr old grandson loved watching the ferries and float planes. Nanaimo was so fun. We are planning on coming back and definitely want to stay at this home again.

What a wonderful little gem. The patio was the perfect morning view, with a fenced deck so no worrying about my dogs wandering off. Everything was clean and comfy! We love cooking and had all the things we needed. Found hidden places like the chasim and near by waterfall (both driving distance) we were early in the year the lake was calm and peaceful. The fireplace inside was a bonus for our rainy day after arrival. My family highly recommends.

A Marvelous Naramata Escape! Our stay at the Chardonnay Studio in Naramata was absolutely marvelous! Everything, from the moment we arrived, exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect, offering easy access to all the charm Naramata has to offer. Our host, Dasha, was incredibly helpful and made us feel so welcome. The studio itself was beautifully appointed, well-equipped, and felt wonderfully private. And the amazing view? Simply breathtaking! We couldn't have asked for a better backdrop to our getaway. We would highly recommend the Chardonnay Studio to anyone looking for an unforgettable Naramata experience. We absolutely can't wait to visit again in the future!

This is such a special place! The Cabin is an authentic, traditional family cabin, with plenty of supplies for a comfortable stay, but the location right on the lake is something else! We loved using the boats, spotting wildlife, playing on the beach. Such a memorable place to be with our family. We were also grateful for the prompt communication from Don. Thanks again

We had a fantastic stay at Ryan's house by the lake! The property was peaceful, clean, and beautifully maintained. Waking up to the view of the water every morning was a dream. The house had everything we needed — from a well-equipped kitchen to cozy beds and thoughtful touches throughout. Ryan was a great host — responsive, helpful, and respectful of our privacy. Whether relaxing on the deck, enjoying the lake, or just sitting by the fire-pit in the evening, this place gave us the perfect mix of comfort and nature. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet and scenic escape. We’d love to come back again!

Thank you for hosting us - we had an idyllic, peaceful stay but not lacking in things to do. We enjoyed the hot weather by relaxing on the red chairs on the dock, taking the kayaks out on the lake, having a BBQ in the evening, chilling in the hot tub. It was a beautiful setting and the lake house cabin itself was lovely - beautifully decorated and incredible views. Emma was a very responsive host and had all the information either to hand or a quick message away. We are so pleased we found Emma’s place and wish we had longer than a couple of nights as we would’ve happily stayed the week if we weren’t moving around!

Had a wonderful stay, our pups had a great time, just walked across the street and we were on the beach. The road in front is a dead end with more people walking on it than cars! Wonderful view out the bank of windows - even saw a Black Bear early one morning walk down the driveway. Place was well stocked and exactly what a rustic cottage should be.

Anne's place was like stepping in to an oasis. As soon as you drove in to the property, it felt like you were totally out of the city. The cottage was comfy and well decorated. She even had a couple Godiva chocolates on the table for check-in. She was always responsive and was flexible with our check-in times. I'd highly recommend this place to stay if you want to be close to the city but fully immersed in nature. Thanks for having us as guests, Anne!!

We had a great time in the cottage of James! It was easy to find following his directions. We were welcomed by a stunning sunset, the First of several. We used the kitchen only once as there‘s also a BBQ on the deck of the cottage and some restaurants in the area James recommended. There’s a canoe one can use, unfortunately it was so windy we couldn‘t try it. To be honest we have not seen wildlife like whales from the cottage as June seems to be too Early for that, but there are several wildlife tours in the area and we have seen some grizzlys and others during those. The Area is Full of history about the First Nations and James provides next to games, books and binoculars for entertainment also some information about the history of the closer towns. We loved our stay and can only recommend it!!!

Our stay was absolutely amazing!! The cabin had everything you would need for your stay. The cabin is gorgeous and the large grass area was perfect for the kids. Tracey was very responsive when booking and during our stay. Would definitely stay here again!

In a word - dreamy. A beautifully constructed and decorated log cabin on a spacious private property in the mountains with everything you could possibly need to enjoy your stay - a well maintained hot tub, fire pit, covered wraparound porch with lots of seating - not to mention the gorgeous interior with fully stocked kitchen, games, books, DVDs, extra blankets and cushions…Kaymin was an incredibly thoughtful host- very responsive, provided lots of suggestions for local activities and had a bottle of wine and charcuterie waiting for us when we arrived. Need I say more?

Incredibly peaceful place to relax and unwind, just what I needed for me and my dog. The cabin is gorgeous, well outfitted! We were mesmerised daily by the wildlife around the lake, staring at the jumping fish, the eagles soaring and the loons… if you need to recharge and unwind in peace this is the place!!

Beautiful location. Lee was flexible when we needed to check in later than planned. She gave us a helpful walk-through of where to find things to do on the property, such as the firepit, yard, hot tub, etc., and how to get to the beach. Very responsive and a comfortable place.

THIS PLACE IS A GEM! Not only is it a peaceful getaway, it is also a thoughtfully curated space with the glass doors opening up to the nature. The private sauna offered a well needed relaxation for us city folks. Jason, was always very responsive, friendly and an excellent host. I wish I could have stay here all summer.

A beautiful and serene stay at this adorable cottage. Lots of love and care have gone into ensuring a most pleasant stay. Just a short drive from Gagnes village for restaurants and local artisans galore. Host was always responsive when needed. Bed was super comfy and the heated bathroom floor was a delight during the cooler evenings. Would highly recommend this quaint stay!

Upon arrival to the cabin my spouse and I were absolutely amazed by how beautiful the area was. The cabin is absolutely adorable. The hosts did a wonderful job with absolutely everything. We did end up meeting them and they are very wonderful people. As soon as we got into the driveway, we were greeted with smiles and cookies! They then gave us a tour of the cabin and explained how everything worked. they also gave us a recommendation of a local hot spring that was breathtaking. They also left flowers on the balcony table for my spouses birthday, which was really kind and appreciated. We will definitely be visiting again!

Myself and two of my team members stayed at Michael’s place April 23-26 and we had an absolutely wonderful time! The home itself is so cozy and warm with stunning views and surroundings. It was quiet and peaceful, well equipped and extremely clean! We spent our time hiking and exploring the area but the highlight of the trip was the sunset paddle we enjoyed in the kayaks. The only negative feedback I could share is that I found the beds extremely hard and uncomfortable but that may also be a matter of preference. All in all in was a fantastic stay and I would certainly recommend Michael’s place to anyone looking for a relaxing or adventurous getaway with friends or family!!
