All the comfort of a modern house in a 3,500-square-meter park, a few blocks away from a beach on Rio de La Plata. A jacuzzi, a wood stove, AC, an oven, a fire pit, a grill, a mini pool, internet, smart TV, and more. A beautiful experience of relaxation, tranquility and nature. IMPORTANT: 4 people max, March to December only over 17 years old, January and February any age. Note: electricity is charged separately. Depending on usage, it ranges from 2 USD to 6 USD per day. Los Álamos is a delightful country cottage with spectacular views, ideal for disconnecting from the daily grind and connecting with rest, nature, and enjoyment. Built in the early 1900s, renovated without losing its essence and with all the amenities for your stay. It is equipped for 12 people, with a kitchen, stove and wood-burning oven. Also grill rack, and large park with a heated pool. It is located in a rural area, between the town of Juan Lacaze and the Balneario Artilleros resort.

Outside, you will find a green space with a half-tank for enjoying the outdoors. Free parking on the property.

Santa Casa, historic neighborhood

Meters from the Basilica of the Blessed Sacrament and close to the coast, there are buildings from different historical periods on the property, including vestiges of the first hospital in the old city, which is why we have called it Santa Casa (hospital in Portuguese). The apartment overlooks a central colonial courtyard and consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a kitchenette.

Casa del Rio, fishing and sports.

It is a house that is in a ranch, with a natural and wild setting, but with a well-kept space, beautiful to sit near the Ceibo tree to read and enjoy the sun and the birds. The area is well-kept, and has a boat or kayak ramp. You can swim in the river, but it's a good idea to use a float. It's the perfect place to spend a quarantine or a few days away from the city.
