This space is located on the 2nd floor of a historic bldg so it may not be compatible for mobility challenged folks as it has a large carpeted stairway. It is meticulously cleaned after each guest. This little gem sits on 2 acres of beautiful land with mature trees. Our little cottage is only 500 sq. ft. So it’s ideal for 2 people but will accommadate up to 4 (2 kids or 1 adult on futon). We are just 1/4 of a mile away from W.W. Night Nature Preserve for morning or evening walks! We are conveniently located just 3 minutes away from the 75/I80 interchange with several stores and restaurants just 1 exit away! We love our military so ask about our discount after booking!

A natural area begins right behind the house. The sister lakes are in a 3 min walking distance. The apartment is conviniently located in Ann Arbor - 2.2 mi to Downtown - 3.5 mi to the Big House - 2.8 mi to UofM central campus A bus stop and a great coffee place are in walking distance.

There is a separate entrance and I will text when I am going to be down in the basement. It would only be during the week (between 11-4), not every day and usually less than a half hour. ***

Our Historic 5 bedroom 2 1/2 bath Farmhouse Cottage is a perfect country farm getaway with 10.5 acres, barns, trees, a pond, trails, flower beds, and rustic accents. It's very relaxing to sit on the porch or by the pond and enjoy all the outdoor beauty. We do not allow events or parties.
