This flat is my personal home, which I rent out when I'm not in London, so you’ll enjoy a warm, lived-in atmosphere with all my personal belongings thoughtfully placed throughout. Be conscious the flat is on the 3rd floor and there is no lift. Location: Brixton Tube Station (Victoria Line) is an 8-10 minute walk away. There is a Tesco garage just across the road.

Sleep in a kingsize bed in a stylish Victorian flat with 250MB wi-fi, then open your door to Herne Hill square with its Sunday market and 180y/o station offering direct trains to Victoria in 9 minutes, Blackfriars in 11, Kings Cross St Pancras Intl 22 or Luton airport in 56. For Heathrow, it's just one step-free change. There's lots to see and do on your doorstep, but it's the fast links with the rest of London that makes this location so popular.

This is a lovely one bedroomed, self contained garden flat. It is a light and airy space which has a open plan living area and kitchen. The bedroom has a double bed and a comfortable sofabed in the living room. ( please note that although there is a sofa bed, the flat is available to book for 2 guests, or three people if guests have a child) NB Please note that at present I am only taking bookings for a max 5 nights stay, thanks.
