Ferns place was exactly as described, extremely homely and comfortable. The location was perfect. With bus and train station very close by it met all our needs. Julie,s place is great for a short break. It does have a lot of personal items in, which wasn’t an issue for us. A couple of the beds were doubles but not really suitable if you are a larger size person. Check in and out was easy. Overall would recommend

We loved our stay at Zia’s home. It was such a cozy and whimsical house. And it was a great place to crash after our full days in London. The tube was a short 15-20 minute walk from the house, which provided easy access to central London sights. And there was a bus that you could take that was about 4 stops to the street by the house from the tube. There was a grocery store around the corner that was nearly new. Overall, it was great.

We had a lovely time in this house. We were two families with kids and especially enjoyed the spacious house, the comfortable beds and all the things included (everything from boardgames a piano, and kitchen utensils to the very cozy cats). Easy to get into the city center with the northern line, but also plenty of options to eat in and around Tooting market.

Erika was a great host. Always responsive and friendly. The home was clean and well organised, the entry via key code was simple and straightforward and Erika was very accommodating with regard to check-in time.

A beautifully presented home in a fantastic location. We loved the unique decor plus the short stroll to the park, pub and bus stop for a quick ride to the tube and power station. The lovely grocer downstairs was an added bonus. We would stay here again to access a great part of London for us and our kids.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful townhouse in Kensington. It’s conveniently located near Earl’s Court Tube station, Kensington High Street, and great restaurants and shops. The charming and quiet neighborhood made for a relaxing retreat after exploring London. The spacious, clean, and stylishly decorated townhouse had a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, and multiple bathrooms. Vincenzo, our host, provided clear instructions and was responsive to our questions. The check-in process was smooth, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the home. This townhouse was the perfect base for our London adventure. We highly recommend it to anyone seeking a comfortable and convenient place to stay in the city.

Less than a 5 minute walk from the tube on a quiet tree lined street. Supermarket and coffee shop right next the tube eNterance made for great convenience. The flat was clean and extremely comfortable and we enjoyed eating breakfast in the little courtyard. Beds were really comfortable and flat was spacious by London standards for the three of us. A quiet and lovely neighbourhood, with easy commute to Central London, to my mind one of the very best in Notting Hill, a short walking distance from Holland Park. The town house is as shown in the pictures, beautiful and most comfortable with everything one might need. We particularly liked the sense that this is the home of a welcoming family who trust their guests. As noted in all reviews, Paula is a great and caring host. My wife and I had the best of stays.

Stunning home! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and enclosed back garden was perfect for young kids.

Nadia's house is even better than in the photos. A cozy and very well-equipped place, especially in the kitchen. I was able to quietly prepare Christmas meals for our family. The beds are very soft. Nadia is a very friendly host and responsive to our every question. The small garden is a real plus. Very appreciated: Nadia took care of the steps to be able to park the car in front of the house or almost. The neighborhood is very quiet. Thank You And have a great end of the year

Thank you Sabreena. We had an amazing time in Forest Hill. It was the perfect mix of city and rest and relaxation. It is a really easy walk to the station to get into central London. However the local restaurants are also really good. The house is so spacious, with comfy beds and a great shower. The parking space was also a real plus for the area. I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, I felt right at home. The place was exceptionally clean, and it was clear that the hosts take great pride in maintaining their property. The location is fantastic—perfectly situated near wonderful restaurants, local shops, and attractions. I loved being able to explore the area easily and still have a cozy retreat to come back to after a long day of sightseeing. What a wonderful area. Walking distance to Arnos Grove tube station. The house was absolutely spotless and I have to give loads of praise to Elena. There was a burst pipe in the area and Thames water shut down the water in the whole neighbourhood. Elena immediately provided us with water and was extremely proactive. Evertime I messaged her she responded almost immediately. I can see why she is a SuperHost. Thank you so much Elena for hosting us. You have a beautiful place. This will be the only place we will stay when in London. 10/10

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Jessie's home. Jessie's communication from initial booking all the way through to the end of our stay was excellent, with clear instructions provided and recommendations for local things to do (activities / bars / restaurants). The home was as described / advertised and was perfect for our stay. There are multiple supermarkets within 5 minutes walking distance and there are train stations close by which will take you direct to Waterloo station in the centre of London or to Kingston / Richmond / Windsor etc. I would 100% recommend Jessie as a host and would stay here again when next in London.
