Beautiful villa in a very quiet location and with a beautiful nearby pond. Comfortable and really well-kept and pet friendly accommodation.

The owner was very pleasant and helpful. Communication without any problems, he responded immediately and there was no problem agreeing on anything. Accommodation as in the photos, everything clean and cozy. A big plus is the public transport in the immediate vicinity, as well as parking. We were really satisfied with the accommodation and we recommend it.

The stay was suitable for our group of three. The accommodation can also comfortably accommodate a significantly larger group.

Hana's place is very nice, you get the whole house for yourself with a very good kitchen and separate bathroom and toilet. It was very nice for 4 of us visiting Brno for DevConf. Also, Hana was very quick to help out by bringing over a vacuum cleaner when we broke some glass jar. The only small problem is that it's not the nearest to the center, but you can take public transport which is always available or call a taxi.

It was nice to be there, we recommend this place for chilling and rest.

Spacious, new, complete house and terrace/garden.

There were nine of us in David's beautiful house with the family. The house is large, there were rooms for everyone and everywhere outside access. The pool and terrace with the barbecue were the absolute highlight for us. David sent us great excursion tips in advance. So we discovered a few enchantingly beautiful places that we will certainly visit again. David is a very dedicated host. He knew we were booking the house on the occasion of my mother's birthday and even suggested we organize flowers and gave us a bottle of sparkling wine. We had 3 really very nice days and would love to come back. Thank you!

Great location and great value accommodation. The only thing I would recommend for a maximum of 7 people. There were 6 of us adults and 4 young children, however, 2 of the 4 bedrooms are passable, of which one neighbors with the kitchen and can't be closed. At the same time, the couch for sleeping is not comfortable. I will definitely recommend it!

My girlfriend and I liked the accommodation very much. We felt at home, the equipment was rich, everything you can think of. We were pleasantly surprised to find a TV in the apartment upon arrival, which the website says the apartment does not contain. The kitchen was great, well-equipped. The cleanliness of the apartment is also excellent. As for the noise, with the windows closed it is quiet, you can't hear the noise from outside and the neighbors were not heard once during the whole trip. We will definitely come back and highly recommend it to everyone.

Clean and comfy flat. Very close to city center and Veveří neighborhood. Easy access to trams and the train station.

Beautiful apartment not far from the historic center of Brno. The services offered in Nikola's apartment are practical, with a very large TV! Nikola greeted me when I arrived and showed me the apartment, she was super friendly. I had a wonderful time in Brno thanks to you, thank you and see you next time!

The accommodation was very pleasant, clean and located in a beautiful, quiet environment. The garden full of greenery gave the place a magical atmosphere and was great for relaxing. I recommend it as accommodation for max. 2 people.

I enjoyed my stay at Martin's apartment. It was simple place but just what I needed. It was in a safe part of town and there were shops and public transport nearby. The instructions for check in were very comprehensive and easy to follow. Martin was always very responsive. I would recommend this apartment to anyone thinking of staying in Brno

Spacious AirBnB with a special touch in the heart of Brno old town. Very quiet for it's busy location (as long as you keep the windows closed). 2 bathrooms and enough space for 6-7 people. Good beds and the kitchen is fairly well equipped. Recommend it and would happily come back next time! The communication with Véronique was very pleasant and responsive and we could even check out late at 2pm, which was luxury on a rainy day. Recommend it and will happily come back!

Second time we stayed in this spacious apartment with lots of light as I like it. With a garage and everything we needed. We were also satisfied with the very convenient location in the center of Brno. Very clean and comfortable.

The accommodation is very nice, it is a beautiful, spacious, bright and very tastefully furnished apartment. We had everything we needed. In the kitchen, we appreciated the coffee capsules, as well as the fact that there were various types of tea, sugar, honey, salt, which is very useful if you travel "light" with a few things. We liked the location with access to the center about 8 minutes on foot, from the main train station of Brno it is about 11 minutes on foot, which was great for us as we traveled by train. Communication with the hosts was excellent and their response was quick. Thank you for a nice stay.

The accommodation is located near the exhibition grounds, literally a few minutes by car and on foot, which the host also told us when we were discussing that we planned to spend time there. Everything went smoothly, the host was accommodating with parking, early arrival and departure. Everything is fine for us. The apartment is small but at the same time nicely spacious, everything absolutely without problems. It was a pleasant stay that I highly recommend. There is also an elevator, so it is great if you are carrying heavy luggage or have problems with stairs. And the parking lot is just around the corner, so it's also absolutely amazing.
