Little Summer is a beautifully decorated and furnished detached annexe at the edge of the village at the end of peaceful no-through track, with a South facing balcony offering stunning views. The property has recently been converted to a high standard and has a separate fully fitted kitchen. Perfect as a country escape, wedding crash pad or base for exploring the fabulous pubs, walks and culture in the area. Countless miles of sensational footpaths can be enjoyed right from the doorstep.

Bowerchalke Selfie - Shepherds Hut on chalk stream
You may see wildlife including otters, kingfishers and ducks from our shepherds hut, built in 2024 in our garden but in its own area. Convenient for Salisbury, Stonehenge and New Forest. Very close to the Bowerchalke Barn wedding venue. Queens Head pub in Broad Chalke is excellent and now serves the famous Nole pizzas. Fisherton Mill cafe Salisbury won in the Observer Food Awards 2024. Continental breakfast for one night. The hut is in an AONB and fantastic for walking and cycling.

Charming 16th century cottage in rural setting
Dating from the 16th century, Stable Cottage adjoins the rest of the property but has its own front door and is a completely private and self contained space. Downstairs has an entrance hall, sitting room, with original beams and kitchen; upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, one double and one single, bathroom and separate shower room. Perfect for 2/3 adults (3 adults max) or for a family with a baby/child. Close to Salisbury and the New Forest, it's the place to explore Wiltshire.

A Lovely cedar wood shingle studio with privacy in a beautiful garden full of bird song, and views to Pentridge hill. The studio has a very comfortable double bed, a sofa and wood burning stove for warmth and cosiness. There is an oval table to sit, eat or work at, surrounded by windows letting the sunlight stream in. The kitchen has is a small cooker and fridge and the basics for simple good cooking. The bathroom has a shower with plenty of hot water.
