Bright and spacious ground floor double bedroom, beautifully decorated with en-suite shower room & private access leading onto the patio & secluded shared family garden. Part of a converted Victorian School which is now a family home. Tea and coffee making facilities provided, kettle, toaster and fridge. The house is a 5 minute walk into Billingshurst, a pretty village at the heart of beautiful West Sussex, with great pubs, cafes, supermarket and shops.

The Annex is attached to our home and has its own private entrance and shared back garden. There is a separate shower and toilet. The kitchenette has a fridge ,2 plate induction hob and a combination microwave . It is situated with in a mile from Horsham main train station. Gatwick airport is 20 min train ride .London Victoria is 1 hour 10 by train. Horsham is a picturesque town with lots to do. It has a farmers market, plenty of shops and restaurants.

Calley went above and beyond to make her home beautiful and clean but was very surprised at the attention to detail with the tastefully prepared Christmas decorations and cooking ingredients in the pantry. Her home felt very homely and really gave my family a perfect Christmas away. We are all very well rested and I will highly recommend her home to any family who would appreciate a home away from home. 10/10 thanks Calley for letting us stay at your lovely home, we hope to be back in the near future.

Thank you very much for a warm welcome Fearghal and for accepting our last minute reservation. We had a peaceful, comfortable and relaxing time, surrounded by nature, owl sounds and uniqueness of your accommodation. The love and care that you put into your farm and wagons shines through the little details; it was a pleasure to absorb it. I am also very glad that my dog Winkum was allowed to stay with us and run around free in the fenced off area. Thanks for the improvised pig experience, Fearghal!
