The Šibenik Banj Beach can be reached in a 10-minute walk. Šibenik Bus Station is a 5-minute walk away and the beautiful Krka waterfalls can be reached within 10 minutes by car or public transport. Apartment has a view on gothic renaissance church St. John of the fifteenth century. Numerous restaurants offering traditional Croatian cuisine, caffe bars and shops are located in the immediate surroundings. Quiet place 10 minutes from the three town fortresses and 5 minutes from the center will give You unique experience and put You in the focus of events in the city. You will need five min. by walk uphill from the main city square to get to an apartment. It is a small family building with the common staircase that has separated entrances to each apartment. The loft is located on the third floor. There is no guaranteed parking space but there is some easy accessible in within 10 min by walk.

Our loft was created to enjoy. We pay attention to every detail and most of them are unique and tailor-made. The loft has an exit to the huge private terrace with lots of greenery and fantastic view.
