Huset ligger i ett lugnt område med närhet till fina skogspromenader, bad, affär och bra kommunikationer till Stockholm city med både buss och båt. Intill området finns en 18+12 håls golfbana med en stor restaurang och bar. Du hittar även pizzeria och grill inom gångavstånd. Huset har en öppen och luftig övervåning med alla bekvämligheter som behövs för trevlig samvaro. Ni har tillgång till bastu, pingisbord och gäststuga.

Welcome to our new (2023) ecological house with a calm and clean character with a ceiling height of 5 meters. The house is characterized by a space of air in combination with a large size photography collection on the walls. Dining area for the whole family on the wooden deck outside. Free parking for one car. It’s a quiet neighborhood about 5 km from Stockholm town, it takes 11 minutes by subway or less than 20 minutes by bike. It is about 1 km to Lake Mälaren's natural areas and beaches.

A modern villa just outside the central parts of Stockholm. A 12-minute walk to the subway will take you to the central parts of Stockholm in less than 20 minutes. The neighborhood is very calm, with a lovely Anglo-Saxon Park just around the corner. Within a 10-minute drive from my house, you will also find the largest shopping area in the Nordic countries, Kungens Kurva / SKHLM. Within a short bus ride, you also have the largest exhibition center in the Nordic region, Stockholmsmässan.

One of the highlights of our villa is the large terrace where you can enjoy the sun and the stunning views of the surroundings. Here, you can savor your meals, which can be prepared on our grill or muurikka. After dinner, perhaps you would like to take a dip in our private pool(summertime ?

Åk ut med en vän, din partner eller solo. På Kungshatt är tystnaden öronbedövande och naturen rogivande. Lämpar sig för dig eller er som söker en lugn, härlig och mysig stund där du/ni kan ägna er åt att upptäcka ön och dess historia genom trevliga promenader i skogen, läsa böcker framför brasan eller bara sjunka ner i soffan. Perfekt för dig/er som behöver komma bort för att skriva klart ett arbete, en bok, en låt eller måla en tavla (?) - här finns inget som stör.

Part of a house with a garden

You will have the whole bottom floor in my wonderful villa in Duvbo, all to yourself with your own entrance and access to the back of our garden. Duvbo is a beautiful little place with houses from the 19th century, just strolling around in the area with two lakes close by is an experience. It is close to Stockholm city, 14 min with subway, 8 minutes by pendeltåg-train, 15-20 minutes with bus or car. I always bicycle to downtown Stockholm which takes 20-25 minutes.
