Very quiet holiday home in beautiful surroundings. From our Berkelhut you can walk straight into the woods of Velhorst. The house is heated with infrared panels, has a large double bed of 1.60 by 2.00 meters that can be closed off. You may use 2 bicycles and a Canadian kayak; the Berkel river is in walking distance of your accommodation. In addition to the picturesque village of Almen, Zutphen, Lochem and Deventer are also close by. After consulting us, you can bring your small dog with you.

Ontspan en kom tot rust in deze knusse, charmante ruimte. Vanuit ons prachtig tuurplekje in de Achterhoek (van ruim 40m2) kijk je uit op de natuur, met zicht op het bos. De hele dag hoor en zie je veel vogels. Je slaapt op een knusse vide, waar je met een stevige trap naartoe kunt komen. Overige faciliteiten: je hebt een eigen ingang, een werk/ schrijfplekje (op hoogte verstelbaar), een eigen tuintje met terras (incl bbq). It is only a few minutes walk into the city. Zutphen is a beautiful city with many historic buildings with nice shops, museums and many restaurants. There are several hiking/biking routes. So you can explore the IJssel/ Berkel area, the woods or Veluwe. From the backyard you can hop on a sup or in a canoe.

The Leemgate is a cozy and cozy holiday home with beautiful views. The house (45 m2) has its own entrance and therefore a lot of privacy. Bikes can be placed and possibly charged in the lockable garden house. The car can be parked next to the house. Outside you can sit comfortably overlooking the meadow. The Pieterpad runs 500m from the house. Vorden is a perfect place to cycle and hike through the beautiful nature along culture and history.
