It has a large main room with a sofa that can be used as a bed and an equipped kitchen with dining table, a separate bedroom, a shower room and separate toilet. There is private parking in front of the house and the apartment has air conditioning.

Our family lives just above. You can have breakfast with homemade jams on the terrace or in the living room adjoining the bedroom. We are close to the faculty,the body of water, the Opera,the pedestrian center and the cathedral. Many shops, restaurants 2 steps away.
