House holiday rentals in Brookhaven

We are local to the neighborhood and rented the house for family during graduation. Hosts were very responsive and helpful. House was immaculate, and easy for friends and family to find. Highly recommend and will use again for out of town guests.

David's property is exactly as shown in the images. It is a beautiful, well equipped home with a fantastic pool and hot tub. While we did not meet David in person, he went out of his way to be able to provide one of the guests with a reading lamp for her room which we very much appreciated. Great stay overall.

My friends and I absolutely loved our stay here! The place is most impressively decorated & maintained, and the array of amenities were super nice to have. Ryan as a host was quite exceptional, very responsive and always went the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of! Should I be in the area again, this'll be our first pick again without a doubt!

Everything was great, we enjoyed our stay. The place had everything we needed. Nicely decorated and accommodated for a larger group but still provides an intimate space. Isabella communicated very well and made the process very easy.

Our family loved Patrick & Jordan’s place! The amenities were enjoyable, the porch was peaceful and the beds were so comfortable!! The home was spacious. You can tell that they have put a lot of time and energy into restoring and decorating the home. As hosts, I cannot say enough kind things about Patrick and Jordan. They were gracious and responsive. Thank you for hospitality and we hope to return! Town was a close walk. There is a cute park with playground nearby that my kids enjoyed, as well. Be sure to check out the Monroe Pizzeria (delivers too)!

Great location and perfect place for our family reunion!

The host was lovely and the space was clean and exactly as pictured. It’s a simple spot that gets the job done; nothing flashy, but functional. The neighborhood has its own kind of charm, though it may not be everyone’s vibe. Still, for what I needed, it worked out just fine.

The place is superb, everything was impeccable...David is a great host, he explained everything well in advance and was kind to offer everything that we required....the place is so peaceful, David has maintained it very well. WE will definitely stay again

Nice home - tastefully updated ranch style with comfortable furnishings and nice linens. Located on a quiet street with what appeared to be owner-occupied houses. Our party of three found it to be very nice for a long weekend.

My family and I stayed here for a long weekend while in town celebrating graduations and birthdays! Amanda was even so kind to let us host a small family gathering while we utilized the porch and backyard. It was so beautiful and homey! Good enough space for 5-6 people to sleep comfortably. The beds and couches were very cozy. Easy check in and check out too!

A Perfect Stay for a Special Occasion This home was more than my husband and I could have asked for. We rented it for our party of seven while in Atlanta for our daughter’s graduation. We needed space that offered: 1) privacy for three married couples and our young adult son, 2) room to assemble decorations, and 3) a well-equipped kitchen to prep food and desserts for 80 guests (don’t worry—the event wasn’t held at the house, lol!). This home checked every box. It’s spacious, spotless, and has top-notch appliances and every kitchen tool imaginable. The beds are super comfortable, and the backyard is a relaxing, private oasis. The neighborhood is peaceful yet close to the interstate, restaurants, shops—even a post office. Robyn is the best—super responsive and quick to help. We all felt right at home and would absolutely stay again. Thank you, Robyn! It was a pleasure working with you and staying in this beautiful home!

We had an excellent stay in Atlanta for a wedding with friends. The house is inviting and open while also being comfortable for 2 couples (with small babies). Loved the deck and backyard and convenience to many locations.

Outstanding place, the best location, simple check in and check out. Host was outstanding. Cannot give higher praise for both the property and the host. I hope to stay here again!!!

I would stay here again - very comfortable beds and a nice place

Everything was perfect for my goddaughter and her 4 friends for a fun filled birthday sleepover. The pool, pool bonus room and living room area were all a hit. More than enough essential bathroom and kitchen needs. Miriam was very easily accessible and responsive. Neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. Will definitely rent again in the future.

Priscilla was extremely accommodating and patient as my plans were up in the air due to unforeseen events. She was responsive and kind and her space was perfect for our quick overnight and we wish we could have enjoyed it longer!

Charming house and well equipped and organized!

We had a wonderful stay at this incredibly charming cottage! The location was perfect—peaceful and quiet, yet just a short drive from local restaurants and downtown Atlanta. The house was spotless and very well maintained. We especially loved relaxing on the screened-in porch. Lesley was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

this place was awesome as well just the way it looks in the pictures. That’s exactly how it was. The only thing is is that we needed to bring my nephews to the hospital and we needed to extend our stay the only thing that I wasn’t I didn’t like is thatwe got charged extra fees I didn’t understand why was it we were still getting a fee for Airbnb in taxes again to extend the same Airbnb I was staying in but otherwise it was a great stay the places. Awesome I love love love it there.

The house is spacious and clean and check in was extremely easy. Although there is a backyard we were too busy to take advantage of it. As many have mentioned there are major interstates/roads close by, but the noise did not disturb us at all while in the house or walking to or from the car. The location made for easy access to and from downtown Atlanta. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again!

Christine’s home was extremely clean and cozy! We really enjoyed our stay and there were many extra small things Christine and Danielle included that were super helpful and nice. The house was also in a very nice area and around a lot of places. They were both super responsive and always got right back to me quickly. Our stay in this home was a big part of why our trip was so fantastic. Couldn’t recommend a better Airbnb/place to stay in Atlanta/Decatur!!
