Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Broulee

My little boy and I loved, loved, loved this holiday house in Broulee. It was super cute and ultra clean and light. It had all the kitchen appliances we needed as well as lots of games for Mum and kid. We didn't use the aircon but good to know it's there if necessary. We would definitely recommend and revisit! Excellent.

We absolutely loved our stay here in Rosedale! The place very large, very clean and the view was like a postcard! Never got old! The house was very well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. Plenty of hot water for all of us, and the outdoor shower was so nice. So much exploring right from the house, with the bush walking trails and the all the beaches to enjoy. The shells were the most beautiful we have ever seen. Robert was a fantastic host and gave us plenty of local ideas to check out. Our family enjoyed the Mogo wildlife park a lot! Hope to make it back here again one day.

Stunning home in perfect location! The home has everything you need and felt very trendy and bright. Walk to coffee, beach, brewery and more. We will be staying there every time we visit the coast if we are lucky enough!

We had a wonderful stay here. Such a beautiful house in a truly special part of the coast. The location is peaceful, private and close to great beaches and the Dalmeny to Narooma coastal path. The house is very well set up with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Loved sitting on the sunny outdoor terrace looking at the trees! Our hosts (Morgan and Belinda) were very approachable and gave great recommendations for local activities. Thanks again for a fantastic stay!!

So glad to find his beautiful place as we looked for alternate plans. It was what we wanted for a short getaway with family . Michael was very responsive and clearly communicated all details. He even responded positively for an early check-in request . The place was squeaky clean , cosy , warm and had all that we needed. Daughter was excited to find books and games. Teeny son found a quite place to do his assignments. Recliners were loved by all. Kangaroos near the beach was super fun .Next morning absolutely loved the walks , the sunrise and off course the roos at dawn. Kitchen was well equipped with more than basic condiments , pans and crockery. We loved the coffee maker and all the flavours ( haha finished all of them). Had a few minutes of struggle with usage of dishwasher and microwave but google manuals helped. Beautiful backyard . Aircon kept lounge warm , bed heaters if needed warming in rooms.I have run out of space to write , will end with "will come back again ".

This was my first time using AirBNB. So I was a bit skeptical about the whole process. But the hosts were amazing. Seamless process. Location is perfect. Ideally located in a quiet spot on the water away from the noise but just walking to distance to everything. Famous Malua Bay Beach is just 15 min stroll. Best Sunrise views within 2 min walking distance at a look out. Cosey Lilli-Pilli beach within 2-3 min walk. House has a perfect setting for indoor and outdoor sitting.

Comfortable and well equipped home amongst the trees. Peaceful and plenty of wildlife with visits from parrots and lorikeets. Kitchen is very well appointed. Beds are comfortable, and a 10-15 minute walk to the beach. There's a vintage sound system installed but a couple of the remotes are missing so I recommend packing a stereo input cable if you want to listen to anything other than the radio. The interiors could use a little TLC and some refreshing but these are very minor quibbles. We had a relaxing and comfortable time at Fiona's place and exploring the coast and beaches.

This house is enormous and amazing. The photos don't do it justice. Clean, free of clutter and warm (we went in winter). Tracey's communication was great, there was PLENTY of crockery, cutlery, glassware & basic kitchenware. Even the little things like having ice in the freezer & teabags in the pantry were catered to. Really liked this house and we'll gladly stay there next time we're in town.

Great accomodation, perfectly situated behind the beautiful south broulee beach, in a natural setting with local bird life. Comfortable and well appointed. Recommended for future stays

We recently enjoyed a beautiful 3 night stay at Diana’s gorgeous apartment in Mollymook. It surpassed our expectations. The apartment has all necessary amenities & is very spacious with sea views. Kristine is a wonderful host! Freshly baked scones were provided on arrival and we had very engaging conversations about her beautiful garden. It was a great place to stay for our family, with beaches within walking distance and Mogo Zoo a short drive away. We look forward to staying again soon!

From the moment we arrived Frances was welcoming, warm and friendly. She had some great recommendations for things to see and do in the area. The property felt like a tropical paradise with well established tropical gardens and even Banana trees. The self contained apartment is brand brand new and well appointed; a comfy bed and sofa bed, a dining table, couch and brand new kitchen with sufficient crockery and cooking utensils to be able to prepare and enjoy meals. There’s a barbecue next to the outdoor dining table where you can enjoy uninterrupted views of the pretty much private beach or if cooking in to the evening taking in all the stars and Milky Way. Take the short stroll down the stairs at the back of the property to a secluded beach which is perfect for families with young children as it’s calm and well protected. I encourage future stayers to get up before dawn and and watch the sun rise over the ocean, a perfect and tranquil way to start the day fresh and invigorated.

Jo is a wonderful host! Very friendly and welcoming from the get go, we were very impressed by the lux feel and the overall aesthetic of her home. Could not fault the cleanliness standards she keeps or the amenities available to make your stay a comfortable and easy experience (washer/dryer/dishwasher etc) Couldn’t ask for a better view or location either right on the water and in a quiet but central location.

This is a lovely place very short walk to the beach and cafes. Mollymook is a wonderful town with great access to bigger towns with shopping and restaurants. I'll definitely return.

House was as advertised in a quiet area. Walk across the bridge to the town centre was about 20 mins. We saw dolphins in the water. Pub/restaurant down the road called The Punt House had great views & delicious food. The Cullendulla Beach Track was also not far. Would stay again
