This accomodation was perfectly located to the beach and golf club. Diana was clear in her instructions which made our arrival seamlessly easy. Great outlook to the ocean. Kitchen was fully stocked with items to make your own meal. Bedrooms were very comfortable. Thank you and I’m sure we will be back again for our next weekend in Mollymook.

Jo is a wonderful host! Very friendly and welcoming from the get go, we were very impressed by the lux feel and the overall aesthetic of her home. Could not fault the cleanliness standards she keeps or the amenities available to make your stay a comfortable and easy experience (washer/dryer/dishwasher etc) Couldn’t ask for a better view or location either right on the water and in a quiet but central location.

This is a lovely place very short walk to the beach and cafes. Mollymook is a wonderful town with great access to bigger towns with shopping and restaurants. I'll definitely return.

We absolutely loved staying at Kate’s place. The interior was decorated with modern and quality appliances and furniture. The beds were really comfortable. It was so well equipped with cleaning products and handy stick vac. The location to the beach was unbelievably close. It is also adjoining a cafe with a very short walk to the IGA and lovely Italian restaurant. I would love to go back soon!

Great spot for a getaway. Quiet area and the unit is perfect and has everything you need. Tucked away off the Main Rd but still close enough to walk to the beach. Would definitely recommend.

We absolutely loved our stay here in Rosedale! The place very large, very clean and the view was like a postcard! Never got old! The house was very well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. Plenty of hot water for all of us, and the outdoor shower was so nice. So much exploring right from the house, with the bush walking trails and the all the beaches to enjoy. The shells were the most beautiful we have ever seen. Robert was a fantastic host and gave us plenty of local ideas to check out. Our family enjoyed the Mogo wildlife park a lot! Hope to make it back here again one day.

We had a wonderful stay here. Such a beautiful house in a truly special part of the coast. The location is peaceful, private and close to great beaches and the Dalmeny to Narooma coastal path. The house is very well set up with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Loved sitting on the sunny outdoor terrace looking at the trees! Our hosts (Morgan and Belinda) were very approachable and gave great recommendations for local activities. Thanks again for a fantastic stay!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property and would recommend it if visiting the region. Valia is a very responsive host and the house was clean with a nicely renovated kitchen with all the amenities you need. We would definitely like to return when visiting this area.

So glad to find his beautiful place as we looked for alternate plans. It was what we wanted for a short getaway with family . Michael was very responsive and clearly communicated all details. He even responded positively for an early check-in request . The place was squeaky clean , cosy , warm and had all that we needed. Daughter was excited to find books and games. Teeny son found a quite place to do his assignments. Recliners were loved by all. Kangaroos near the beach was super fun .Next morning absolutely loved the walks , the sunrise and off course the roos at dawn. Kitchen was well equipped with more than basic condiments , pans and crockery. We loved the coffee maker and all the flavours ( haha finished all of them). Had a few minutes of struggle with usage of dishwasher and microwave but google manuals helped. Beautiful backyard . Aircon kept lounge warm , bed heaters if needed warming in rooms.I have run out of space to write , will end with "will come back again ".

great place - perfect access to the beach and close to river lagoon in one direction and the Broulee Brewhouse in the other. the Broulee supermarket is also walkable a little further down. the place has a good large space for entertaining a large group. the upstairs and downstairs sections are separate - accessible from external stairwell. although internal stairs might’ve been better for our group, that worked fine for us. overall loved the place and the location and really appreciated helpful proactive communication from Geoff :-)

This property is an absolute treat! Myself and a couple of friends recently enjoyed a fantastic stay at Alison and Trevor’s property in Broulee and cannot recommend it enough. Positioned in a fantastic location, walking distance from the beautiful southern end of Broulee beach and the local shops, the property is tucked away from the road, surrounded by trees and felt nice and private to enjoy some good company and good times. The property is perfect for families with children or small groups, with lots of seperate bedrooms and beds for 8+ people! And they also have lots of added bonuses to keep everyone entertained including a ping pong table, fast Wifi, lots of board games and a lovely big deck with ample seating (and a great big BBQ!). Alison was great in communicating with me prior to our arrival and informed us of various places to visit and things to do while at the property. We had a great time and wouldn’t hesitate to book again in the future! Thanks very much for having us!

We couldn’t fault this beautiful seaside home. The position on Mossy Point is amazing. The house is extremely well appointed and has so much charm and character. There was nothing missing in the kitchen, the rooms are styled beautifully and are practical with great storage for clothing etc. There are even boogie boards for the beach. Nothing is forgotten. The whole place is very comfortable and we immediately felt at home. Mark and Kathy are terrific hosts. So proactive, responsive and generous. We loved staying with our family and would highly recommend this beautiful character beach house. 5 stars!!

This was my first time using AirBNB. So I was a bit skeptical about the whole process. But the hosts were amazing. Seamless process. Location is perfect. Ideally located in a quiet spot on the water away from the noise but just walking to distance to everything. Famous Malua Bay Beach is just 15 min stroll. Best Sunrise views within 2 min walking distance at a look out. Cosey Lilli-Pilli beach within 2-3 min walk. House has a perfect setting for indoor and outdoor sitting.
